Purpose: In this study,Bell's facial paralysis was taken as the research object and the electroacupuncture was used as the main treatment method. The therapeutic effect and mechanism of Electroacupuncture on Bell's facial paralysis were discussed through the changes of the classification standard of H-B facial nerve function before and after the treatment and the simple score of Protmann,so as to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of Bell's facial paralysis by electroacupuncture. Methods: 60 patients with facial paralysis who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatients and hospitalized patients with facial paralysis in Hexian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of 2016.01-2017.12,Ma'anshan.And according to the random control method, the 60 cases of facial paralysis were divided into 30 cases of electroacupuncture treatment group and 30 cases of common acupuncture control group. The two groups were treated with common acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture, and the electroacupuncture at the affected side of Yang Bai and Zan Zhu acupoint, the affected side storehouse and the bearing pulp respectively. The frequency is set at 5 to 10 h.The patient is tolerant. The other acupoints are not connected with electroacupuncture. The control group only used acupuncture treatment, without electroacupuncture, the two groups of acupuncture points, treatment time and operation methods were the same, all were 30min/ times,1 times /d,6 times /w,7d/1 course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment, acupuncture manipulation was leveling flat catharsis. In this study,H-B facial nerve functional grading standard and Protmann simple scoring method were used as evaluation criteria. The two groups of patients were evaluated with the above rating scale after the end of each course of treatment and after the whole course of treatment. After treatment, the experimental data were recorded and analyzed by SPSS 17 statistical software, and the results were obtained. Results: 1.The two groups of electroacupuncture group and the common acupuncture group, the H-B facial nerve function classification of the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;before and after treatment, the H-B facial nerve function classification of each group(p<0.01),the difference was very significant;after treatment, the two groups of H-B facial nerve function classification(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant. It can be seen that the two groups of H-B facial nerve function classification have comparability, and two kinds of treatment methods can improve the function of H-B facial nerve in two groups, and the effect of electroacupuncture group is better than that of the common acupuncture group.2.The total score of Protmann in the two groups was compared and the total score was compared(#P>0.05)before treatment. There was no significant difference in statistics and comparability. After treatment, the comparison between the two groups(*p<0.01)and the total Protmann score of the two groups were compared(* p<0.01),and the statistical difference was significant, indicating that both electroacupuncture therapy and common acupuncture treatment could be reduced. Two groups of patients Protmann total score, and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The symptom scores of Protmann in the two groups were compared, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after the treatment(P > 0.05),while the difference in the group was significant(P<0.05).Only in the control group, there was no significant difference in the "moving nose" symptom group(P > 0.05),indicating the symptoms of the two groups of patients. The score is comparable, and the two treatments can improve the symptom of facial paralysis, but the improvement of the symptoms in the control group is not as obvious as that in the electroacupuncture group.4.Two groups of patients were compared after the first, second course of treatment, after the first course of treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).After the second course of treatment, the two groups of curative effects were significant(P<0.01);it was not possible to judge which group of two groups was better after the end of the first course of treatment. After the second course of treatment, there were differences between the two groups, and the electro acupuncture treatment group was better than the ordinary acupuncture control group.5.After the end of the two groups, the total effective rate was(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups had better clinical curative effect, and the clinical effective rate of the electro acupuncture group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group. Conclusion: 1.Electroacupuncture therapy and simple acupuncture therapy have therapeutic effect on Bell's facial paralysis, which can promote the recovery of facial nerve function.2.Electroacupuncture therapy is more effective than simple acupuncture in the treatment of Bell's facial paralysis.
