Clinical Observation On Penetration Needle Combined With Press Needle Treatment For Subacute Bell's Palsy

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of penetration needling combined with press needling in the treatment of subacute Bell palsy.Material and method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients with subacute Bell palsy in the Department of encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 30 cases.The patients in both groups were given basic treatment such as nutritional nerve and TCD therapy.On this basis,the control group was given routine acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with penetration acupuncture combined with pressing acupuncture for two weeks.House brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function evaluation and grading system,facial disability index scale(FDI)and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score scale were used to compare the scores and evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment.Spss23.0 was used for statistical treatment,P < 0.05 indicated that there was statistical difference.Results:1.Before the treatment,according to H-B classification,FDI score and traditional Chinese medicine mouth remote score,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable2.Compared with the control group,H-B grade,FDIS score and traditional Chinese medicine oral remote score of the experimental group were lower,suggesting that the improvement of facial nerve function grade,facial physical function and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);fdip score was slightly higher than that of the control group,suggesting that the improvement of social psychological state was slightly better than that of the control group,but the improvement was not significant(P > 0.05).3.The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P < 0.05),suggesting that the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Compared with the two groups,the effective rate of96.67% in the experimental group was better than 86.67% in the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting that the effect of facial body function and social life function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group 90%(P < 0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Through needling combined with press needling and routine needling can improve facial nerve function,facial disability index and TCM symptoms in patients with subacute Bell palsy.2.Penetration acupuncture combined with pressing acupuncture can effectively improve facial nerve function,facial disability index and TCM symptoms of Bell palsy in subacute stage,and the score is better than that of common acupuncture.3.The combination of penetration acupuncture and pressing acupuncture is more effective,more effective and safer than common acupuncture in the treatment of subacute Bell palsy.
