The Efficacy And Safety Study Of Zhenwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure(Yang Qi Deficiency Type) With Reduced Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction

Object: To observe the clinical effect of zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure patients(Yang qi deficiency type)with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction.Methods: A randomized controlled study was used to collect the patients who met the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction meanwhile the TCM syndrome differentiation is Yang qi deficiency type.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Both groups were treated with standard western medicine for chronic heart failure.On this basis,zhenwu decoction was added to the treatment group,and the course of treatment was completed after 3 months.The clinical therapy effect of the TCM syndrome points,the Chinese clinical effective rate,MLHFQ,6MWT,heart function grade of NYHA,NT-pro BNP,LVD,LVS,E/A ratio,LVEF were observed.The index such as red cells,white cells,platelets,glutamate pyruvate transaminase,glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease,creatine,uric acid,urine protein were observed to validate security.Results:(1)98 cases were enrolled as planned,and 47 cases were actually included in the control group and 48 cases in the treatment group,a total of 95 cases.(2)The TCM syndrome scores of the control group and the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.001).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group after treatment was 78.7% and in the treatment group was 93.8%(P<0.001).(3)The MLHFQ in the control group and the treatment group after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the life quality improvement was more significant in the treatment group after treatment than in the control group(P<0.001).(4)The 6MWT of the control group and the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the exercise tolerance of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).(5)Both the control group and the treatment group showed significant improvement in NYHA after treatment,and the improvement in NYHA in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.001).(6)Control group and treatment group after treatment NT-pro BNP levels were significantly reduced,after treatment the treatment group NT-pro BNP levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(7)After the treatment,the LVEF,LVD,LVS of the control group and the treatment group were significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group.(8)There was no significant difference in safety indexes between the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment.Conclusion: Zhenwu decoction can obviously improve the TCM syndromes of chronic heart failure patients with Yang Qi deficiency type,significantly relieve palpitation,fatigue,asthma and other symptoms,improve quality of life and activity tolerance in patients with improved heart function,NT-pro BNP decreased.It has high safety of medication.In terms of improving the myocardial remodeling and improving the systolic ability of the patients,LVEF,LVD,LVS in the treatment group were significantly increased after the addition of zhenwu decoction.
