Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Type Chronic Heart Failure Complicated With Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of Yang deficiency chronic heart failure complicated with depression,in order to provide a basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with depression.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic heart failure complicated with depression(Yang deficiency syndrome)were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The changes of NT-proBNP,NYHA grade,Lee's score,Minnesota quality of life questionnaire,TCM syndrome score and SDS depression self-rating scale were analyzed before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in sex,age,past history,time of onset,cardiac function grade,NT-proBNP,Minnesota quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,LEE's score and SDS score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the specific comparisons are as follows:(1)NTproBNP comparison:NT-proBNP in both groups decreased after treatment,and the curative effect in the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.012).(2)Minnesota quality of life score:after treatment,the Minnesota heart failure quality of life score decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group had obvious advantages,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)comparison of the curative effect of N YH A cardiac function classification:the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 9 6.7%and 73.3%respectively.(4)curative effect of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group and the treatment group was 93.3%and 83.3%respectively,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group had advantages.(5)the SDS score of the self-rating depression scale(SDS:)decreased in both groups after treatment,and the treatment group had an advantage of 0.000(P<0.05).(6)the curative effect of LEE's score:the total effective rate of LEE's score of the control group and the treatment group was 9 0%and 7 6.7%respectively.The statistical analysis showed that the treatment group had an obvious advantage in reducing the score of LEE's heart failure.Conclusion:Jiawei Zhenwu decoction combined with basic western medicine can more effectively reduce the NT-proBNP,SDS depression score,Lee score,TCM syndrome score,improve the classification of cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients with Yang deficiency chronic heart failure complicated with depression than simple western medicine,and it is safe,so it is worth further popularizing and applying.
