| Objective: To observe the effect of modified Shengmaisan and Zhenwu Decoction in treating Chronic Heart Failure of yin and yang Deficiency.Methods: 60 patients with Chronic Heart Failure of yin and yang deficiency were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases), Control group received western medicine;Treatment group for the therapy of western medicine and modified Shengmaisan and Zhenwu Decoction,for four weeks.Results: After four weeks,1.In the individual symptom,the treatment group were better than the control group, which has statistically difference(P<0.05);2. In the aspect of the total curative effect of traditional chinese medicine : the total effect rate of treatment group is 90%,which is better than control group of 27%,and there were statistically significant difference(P<0.01);3.In the aspect of the heart function: the total effect rate of treatment group is 83%,which is better than the control group of 50%,and there were statistically difference(P<0.05);4.In the 6-mwt, decreasing blood serum NT-proBNP levels, improving echocardiography, reducing the use of digoxin,the treatment group are better than the control group,which has statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified Shengmaisan and Zhenwu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure, and improve heart function,and significantly decreased blood serum NT-proBNP levels,improving echocardiography and reduce the use of digoxin. |
