Objective:Through the comparison with the conventional acupuncture,the clinical effect of Da Jie Jing acupuncture on the patients with numbness of limbs after stroke was observed and analyzed,so as to provide the clinical reference for the application of Da Jie Jing acupuncture in the treatment of numbness of limbs after stroke in the future.Methods:According to the time of admission,60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and symptomatic treatment of basic diseases.They were treated with traditional Chinese medicine to wash the limbs of the affected side to promote blood circulation and unblock collaterals once a day.The control group was treated with routine body acupuncture,the main points were Neiguan,Shuigou,Jiquan,Weizhong and Sanyinjiao,the matching points were Jianjing,Quchi,shousanli,Hegu,Xuehai,Yanglingquan,Zusanli and Taichong,once a day,and the needles were kept for 30 minutes.Once a day,six times a week,a total of three weeks.In the observation group,the acupuncture was done in the order of Yin from Yang or Yang from Yin.The acupuncture was done quickly for 3-5 mm,and the needle was kept for 30 minutes after twirling to get Qi.One method of acupoint selection was selected for each treatment,and the two groups of acupoint selection were carried out alternately.Once a day,six times a week,a total of three weeks.Before and after treatment,NIHSS(stroke scale of National Institutes of Health),FMMS(sensory function scale of limbs),ADL(activity of daily life scale)and other data of the two groups were tested and compared by SPSS21.0 software within and between groups.Finally,the total clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The results were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but not significant(P > 0.05).Result:1.The NIHSS score,FMMS score and ADL score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the results were all different(P < 0.05).At the end of3 weeks,NIHSS scores between the two groups were compared(P > 0.05),indicating no significant difference;FMMS scores and ADL scores between the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).2.There were significant differences in NIHSS score,FMMS score and ADL score between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P > 0.05),while there was significant difference in FMMS and ADL between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 76.66%.The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the routine body acupuncture and the large meridian acupuncture are effective in the treatment of limb numbness after apoplexy.2.The therapeutic effect of the acupuncture method of big connect meridian is better than that of the routine acupuncture,which can effectively improve the patients' ability of daily life.
