ObjectiveExplore the prescription characteristics of Chinese medicine for the treatment of yin-ju diseases in the academic Sect of Jin-Gu sore and ulcer,in order to better inherit the thought of The academic Sect of Jin-Gu sore and ulcer, and provide more ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of such diseases.MethodsRseearch One: According to the discussion of Yinju in Waike Yijing, search and standardize the cases involving Yinju in the Gao Qiyun's Surgery Book of Traditional Chinese medicine.Use EXCEL to build a standard database and enter it into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5.Through the function of prescription analysis and medical record analysis in the data analysis module of the system, the medication rules are excavated. The specific steps: enter Gao Qiyun in the prescribed doctor and extract all prescriptions.Sort the frequency,qi,flavor and meridian tropism of each medicine in the prescription from large to small, and derive statistical results.Set the number of support degrees(indicating the number of simultaneous occurrences in all drugs)to 40,and the confidence degree to 0.8 or 0.9.Sort the drug combination frequency from large to small, and click "rule analysis" to analyze the rules.Perform cluster analysis(the core algorithm includes improved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering method),select the appropriate correlation degree and penalty degree before, and then click "extract combination" to get new prescriptions and achieve network visualization display.Rseearch Two: Collect the typical cases of Professor Zhang Zhaohui who was diagnosed and treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018-2019,which was clearly identified as diabetic foot and met the inclusion criteria. These cases were recorded by the follow-up doctors and reviewed by Professor Zhang Zhaohui in person, and the information such as the prescription of the Chinese medicine and the four consultations were entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5.Use the statistical report module and data analysis module of the system to mine the rules of medication.Use descriptive statistics, association rules, cluster analysis, and other data mining methods to mine the frequency, compatibility rules, and addition and subtraction of drugs used by Professor Zhang Zhaohui in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot, and summarize the drug characteristics and academic thoughts of Professor Zhang Zhaohui in the treatment of diabetic foot.Results(1)The rule of Gao Qiyun's traditional Chinese medicine for treating Yin-Ju: A total of 117 prescriptions for Gao Qiyun's treatment of Yin-Ju diseases were included, involving 169 Chinese medicines. The top ten most frequently used drugs are Angelica Sinensis,Radix astragali,Liquorice,Bighead atractylodes rhizom,Codonopsis pilosu,Cinnamomum cassia,Poria cocos,Antler glue,Prepared rehmannia root,The Root of Dahurian angelica. The general characteristics of the four qi and five flavors of the medicine are Gan Wen.Most of them belong to spleen treatment of gangrene of finger or toe were included, involving 105 Chinese medicines. The top ten most frequently used drugs are Angelica sinensis?Astragalus membranaceus?Ligusticum wallichii?White Peony root?Cassia twig?Peach kernel?Safflower?Earthworm?Red peony root?Glycyrrhiza. The general characteristics of the four qi and five flavors of the medicine are Gan and Wen.Most of them belong to liver meridian, spleen meridian, heart meridian, lung meridian. The following core combinations are obtained:(1)Balloonflower root,Radix rehmanniae,White peony root(2)Peach Kernel,Safflower,Rhizoma Qi,and also from invigorating blood and activating blood.2.The academic Sect of Jin-Gu sore and ulcer pays special attention to the function of spleen and stomach in the treatment of Yin gangrene.3.The academic Sect of Jin-Gu sore and ulcer pays more attention to the treatment of Yin gangrene from the liver.
