Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Xiaoyao San In The Treatment Of Stable Angina With Anxiety (liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency, Heart Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with anxiety(liver depression and spleen deficiency,blood blood stasis),and to discuss its effect on the degree of anxiety,quality of life,clinical syndrome and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: This research adopts randomized controlled research method,observation of 60 cases were from December 2018 to December 2019 in the affiliated hospital of hunan academy of traditional Chinese medicine,cardiovascular outpatient and inpatient,age between 40 and 75 years old,in line with the change,and blood stasis resistance of patients with stable angina pectoris combined anxiety diagnosis,according to the random number table method is divided into the experimental group and control group 30 cases each.The control group was given flupentixacin 10 mg once-a-day anti-anxiety treatment and coronary heart disease basic medication;On the basis of treatment in the control group,the experimental group was treated with150 ml decoction of Xiaoyao Powder,twice a day,and observed for 4 weeks.The changes of anxiety score,SAQ scale score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups after treatment were compared,and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS26.0.Results:1.After treatment,the gad-7 scale score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.In terms of SAQ scale scores,the scores of the experimental group and the control group in 5 dimensions were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05);the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group in PL,AF and TP dimensions(P < 0.05);the scores of the experimental group were slightly higher than those of the control group in AS and DP dimensions,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,the totaleffective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 59.67%.The experimental group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of stable angina pectoris with anxiety(liver depression and spleen deficiency,heart blood stasis syndrome)by Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder is effective in improving anxiety,relieving TCM clinical symptoms,and improving the quality of life.
