The Clinical Research Of Wuwei Hidroschesis Drink For Hidrosis Syndrome With Liver And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuwei Hidroschesis Drink in the treatment liver and kidney deficiency hidrosis syndrome.To formulate a scheme for treating the hidrosis syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency,and expand research and promotion.Methods:To observe the treatment effectiveness of 60 patients who accorded with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Wuwei Hidroschesis Drink and the control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction.The treatment time was 4 weeks.The total score of clinical symptoms,single symptom score,TCM syndrome score and living habits score were observed and recorded before and after the treatment to evaluate the curative effects.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in the degree of sweating between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),comparable.After treatment,the degree of sweating in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).2.There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of the eight symptoms of patients in the treatment group compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).Patients in the treatment group showed more significant improvement in the following eight symptoms:fever,weakness in the waist and knees,dizziness,insomnia,excessive dreaming,dry mouth and pharynx,tinnitus or deafness,forgetfulness,spermia or menorrhea than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in the total score of clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the total clinical symptom scores of patients in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05)However,the improvement of total clinical symptom scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.There was no statistical difference in the total score of adjoint symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the total score of the two groups with associated symptoms was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the total score of symptoms after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.There was no statistical difference in the total scores of lifestyle habits before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the quality of life of patients in both groups improved(P<However,the improvement of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the total score of TCM syndrome before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 86.67%in the treatment group and 56.67%in the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.30 patients in the treatment group were followed up four weeks after drug withdrawal,and 6 patients had recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 20.00%.30 patients in the control group were followed up,and 14 had recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 46.67%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wuwei Hidroschesis Drink has a considerable effect on improving clinical symptoms and life treatment while applying to hidrosis syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency.It is worth for clinical promotion and further scientific research.
