Oligomenorrhea Disease Clinical Pathway Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Efficacy Study And Return To Drink Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective1. This research is to evaluate the effect of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) clinical pathway of hypomenorrhea.And study the distribution of TCM syndromes of the hypomenorrhea.Further to help form optimal normsof TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypomenorrhea.2. To duscusses the clinical efficacy and safety of GuiDi Decoction, and study the possible mechanism of action.Methods1.224cases of hypomenorrhea were treated according to the TCM clinical pathway of hypomenorrhea. We observed change of the menstrual blood volume and accompanying symptom after treatment, to evaluate the cinical efficacy of the pathway.2.41cases of hypomenorrhea with deficiency of kidney and liver were treated with GuiDi Decoction for three menstrual cycle.To observe the change of the menstrual blood volurr^accompanying symptom、thickness and types endometrium> endomentrial blood steam.Results1. The total effective rate of TCM clinical pathway of hypomenorrhea is83.48%.2. Throuhg observing the type of syndrome of the224cases, we found distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of hypomenorrhea:the liver kidney deficiency syndrome> the kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome> the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome> the Qi and blood deficiency syndrome> the kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome.3. Throuhg observing the224patients’satisfaction on TCM clinical pathway of hypomenorrhea,, we found that the satisfaction of cost of treatment duration of treatment and the therapeutic effect was more than half.The satisfaction of the acceptance of the path is89.58%, satisfaction with the evaluation of clinical services is93.15%.4. GuiDi Decoction can increase patients menstrual blood volume obviously.The cure rate is7.32%, the excellence rate is36.58%, the effective rate is41.46%, and the total effective rate was85.4%.5. GuiDi Decoction can improve the clinical syptoms of the liver kidney deficiency syndrome, especially soreness and weakness of waist and knees、two dry eye and dysphoria in chestpalms-soles.6. Prior to treatment of GuiDi Decoction, the thickness of endometrium of41cases equal7.36±1.44cm, reaching to7.92±1.50cm after treatment.And this increase was significant.Moreover, throuhg observation, we found GuiDi Decoction can improve the the endometrial blood flow and Endometrial morphology of part of41cases, but this increase was not significant.Negative correlation was displayed in liver and kidney deficiency syndrome score and endometrial thickness.Conclusion1.Clinical Pathway of Traditional Chinese Medicine is an effective treatment on hypomenorrhea, and no serious side effect was found during the course of the treatment.2.GuiDi Decoctioncanis an effective treatment hypomenorrhea with deficiency of kidney and liver and no serious side effect was found during the course of the treatment.
