Yukon Bubble Drink Small Follicle Ovulation Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Of Clinical And Experimental Research

Objective:Small follicle ovulation,which is a new subject,is one type of ovulation disorders leading to irregular menstruation,infertility,spontaneous abortion,even recurrent spontaneous abortion,it has won more and more attentions from gynecologist.According to the previous investigateon and analysis about this disease on TCM syndrome,the syndrome of deficiency of kidney qi is the most common.This research based on invigorating kidney qi,is aimed to observing the clinical effect of yupaoyin in treating small follicle ovulation diagnosed deficiency of kidney qi.The experiment of animal cell, designed to research the effects of yupaoyin drug-containing serum on expression of FSHR mRNA and secretion of ovarian granulose cell,can explore the mechanism of this medicine and provide scientific basis for the clinical application.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,each group include30patients.Patients in the treatment group were given yupaoyin and in the control group were given clomifene citrate(CC).The treatment period is three menstrual cycles.Compare and analyze the development conditions of stimulating the follicle,the pregnancy rate,the integral of TCM syndrome,the endometrial thickness,of two groups before and after the treatment.In the experiment,the rat ovarian granulose cell were divided into five groups,were added the normal rat serum,FSH drug-contantaining serum and yupaoyin drug-containing serum with three dosages,and.then after48hours,test E2levels of each group by radioimmunoassay and determine the expression levels of FSHR mRNA with RT-PCR.Results:Clinical efficacy:The ovulation rate of the treatment group is86.7%,the pregnancy rate is26.7%,while the ovulation rate of othe control group is62.7%and the pregnancy rate is30.0%.There’re no significant difference(P>0.05).Both methods can promte the development of follicle without significant difference(P>0.05).The TCM syndrome integral of both groups are lowed significantly(P<0.05),waist pain, fatigue,diz-ziness and tinnitus,irregular menstruation in the treatment group are improved significantly,while irregular menstruation in the control group are improved significantly.The treatment group has obvious advantage than control group in the improvement of waist pain,fatigue,dizziness and tinnitus(P<0.05).In addition,the treatment group has obvious advantage in increasing the endometrial thickness(P<0.05). Experimental result:The E2level in yupaoyin drug-containing serum are higher than that in blank control group,and there’re significant differences(P<0.05).Compared to the group of FSH drug-containing serum,there’re no significant differences(P>0.05).The expression levels of FSHR mRNA in yupaoyin drug-containing serum are higher than the blank control group,and the level in medium-dosage group is the highest.There’s no significant differences between low-dosage group and the blank control group(P>0.05). The medium-dosage group and the high-dosage group are significantly higher than the blank control group(P<0.05),while there’re no significant differences compared to the FSH drug-containing serum.Conclusion:Yupaoyin has a certain curative effect in treating small follicle ovulation.It can obviously promotes the development of follicle,improve the pregnancy rate,it’s similar to CC.It has a obvious advantage in improving the syndrome of kidney qi deficiency and increasing the thickness of endometrial.There’re no significant difference with CC.Yupaoyin drug-containing serum can promote the secretion of E2in the rat ovarian granulose cell,there’re no significant difference with FSH.It can promote the expression of FSHR mRNA,it’s relevant to dosage, the low-dosage is significantly lower than FSH,while the medium-dosage and the high-dosage are similar to FSH.We draw a speculation that yupaoyin can improve the endocrine function of ovarian,improve the sensitivity of granulose cell to FSH,so it can promote the development of follicle.In addition,it can increase the thickness of endometrial,as a result,it can adjust menstruation and promote pregnancy.This reflects the traditional Chinese medical theory that "kidney governing reproduction"...
