Study On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Health Level Of Chinese Residents

As the basis of happiness of people and the development of social development,health is the common goal of better life for Chinese people.The rapidly development of moderately prosperous society make our people stress more on their health,putting forward higher demand on their healthy level.Yet,how to understand their healthy level,to have a quantitative health level for our people remains to be improved.Thus,the calculation of health level answers this call.Chinese health construction relies on the infrastructure of health work but due to limited time of development,it's level is insufficient to meet our growing needs.The publishing of "Healthy China 2030" Plan Outline indicates that Chinese ' s health construction has been gradually risen to national strategy level.It is not only meaningful but also beneficial to have a clear awareness and evaluation on the regional disparity and current condition of Chinese people's health level,on that basis we can identify the factors contribute to Chinese people's health then propel the development of Chinese health strategy and better our health construction quality.This dissertation focuses on the conception of health in a scientific,commonly accepted,obtainable and duplicable method to forge index system of Chinese's people's health level.2008-2017 'Health level of people from 30 regions in China,except Hongkong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet,has been calculated by entropy method' empowerment on index.then Coefficient of variation,Theil index method and spatial correlation test are employed to analyse the regional disparity and spatial pattern of people from the regions meanwhile ? and ? convergence are applied to analyse the Convergence on the regional disparity.Last but not the least,OLS regression analysis is used to reveal the factors on Chinese people's health level.The results are presented below.The health level of people from east part and middle part of China are mostly even however higher than that of people from west part.The results of Coefficient of variation reveals that Chinese people health level's regional disparity in west part of China is higher than the whole country,still middle part then east part of China.Theil Index ' result suggest that the evolution of the disparity intra-region and overall difference are almost in the same pace,as the Theil Index ' trend declines slightly then rise like a wave yet the whole change is minor;The health level's regionaldisparity is not as stable as that of the whole country,however it is more like a floating wave as the overall trend meets a slow rise,of which the whole Theil Index ranks first;Theil Index of east part of China ranks second,which declined then rose and declined again.Though the Theil Index of the west part of China is relatively stable than that of the west and the east part of China,it is relatively low and in a smooth trend.Judging from the inter-and intra-region contribution rate,intra-region Theil Index may erect greater influence than inter-region Theil Index,which shows which one is the main contributor on the changes of National Theil Index.According to Spatial autocorrelation test,regional GDP per capita ‘s Moran's I index are all positive and most of them pass the 1%'s Significance test,which states health level among China basically have Significant spatial positive correlation and Disequilibrium,in other words,the provinces with higher level of health tend to aggregate with other provinces with higher level of health,vice versa,and the overall Moran's is falling.? and ? convergence's results make it clear that China and the east,the west and the middle part of China are ? convergence,Absolute ? convergence and conditional ? convergence;OLS regression proves that the level of economic development,public hygiene disbursement and people's health level are positively related but not significant;The accessibility of health care and people's health level are positively related and significant;the level of urbanization and people's health level are positively correlated and significant;the income gap between cities and rural lands and people's health level are negatively correlated and significantBy the end of this dissertation,advice has been put forward to improve the health level of Chinese people on the fruits of the empirical analysis.
