Research On Application Of Mobile Medical Platform In Health Management Of High-risk Children

Objective:Using mobile medical platform to implement high-risk children's health management,explore the application effect of information management platform in high-risk children's health management.Method:A self-designed electronic questionnaire was used to investigate 167 children's health workers in our city.Combined with the results of the current survey,build a health management platform for high-risk children.In this study,140 cases of high-risk children registered in Zhenjiang maternal and child health care hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to September 2018,the high-risk infants managed were the control group and accepted the routine management.From December 2018 to August 2019,the high-risk infants managed were the observation group.The mobile medical platform was used to implement the health management of high-risk infants,and the general information,physical development,neuromotor development,DQ,readmission rate and readmission rate of the two groups of high-risk infants,as well as the competence of mothers in child care were analyzed The intervention effect was evaluated by?~2test,,independent sample t test and repeated measurement ANOVA.Result:1 The results showed that there were significant differences in policy propaganda,training and work development among MCH institutions at the grass-roots level,district level and city level(p<0.05);The main reasons that affect the implementation of classification and classification management are the lack of information communication among medical staff,the lack of staffing at the grass-roots level,the limited ability and the poor referral channels.2 There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference in the physical development of high-risk children at different time points(p<0.001).The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(p<0.05).The intervention time and mode had interaction in the physical development of high-risk children(p<0.05).The independent sample t-test results suggested that the weight of high-risk children in the observation group was 2 months old The height,weight and head circumference of the three groups in 4 month old and 6 month old were higher than those of the control group((p<0.05 or p<0.001).The abnormal rate of neuromotor development at the age of 4 months and the neuromotor development at the age of 6 months in the observation group were better than those in the control group(p<0.05).The intelligence development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).The rate of re visit and re hospitalization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the scores of each dimension and the total scores of parenting competence scale had statistical significance at different time points(p<0.001).The differences of the scores of each dimension and the total scores of the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(p<0.05).There was interaction between the intervention time and different intervention modes(p<0.001).The results of independent sample t-test suggested that,The scores of all dimensions and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.001).Conclusion:1 To improve the enthusiasm of high-risk children's health management at all levels of medical institutions and improve the service capabilities of grassroots institutions,we should also pay attention to the construction of information management platforms2 Using mobile medical platform to carry out health management for high-risk children promotes the physical development of high-risk children,is conducive to the neuromotor development and intellectual development of high-risk children,reduces the re-entry rate and re visit rate of high-risk children,and improves the mother's parenting competence.
