The Research On The Project Of Cloud Management Platform For Medical Devices Driven By Mobile Internet

The era of mobile Internet and big data has come.How to use innovative technology and management methods to effectively solve the pain points of hospital and medical equipment management is the trend of the times.With the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Quality of Medical Instruments implemented of the State Food and Drug Administration's(No.18 of the State General Administration of food and Drug Administration)and the trial management methods for clinical use of medical instruments,the State Food and drug administration has made clear requirements for medical equipment based on migration,data and traceability.The whole life cycle management mode will be the focus of management in various medical institutions.In the fifth edition of the JCI hospital accreditation standard FMS.8,it is clearly mentioned that in order to ensure that medical technology is available and function properly,the hospital should be implemented and recorded,medical device inventory,medical device periodic inspection,preventive maintenance.This article is based on the management difficulties of medical devices in the medical institutions.Based on the mobile Internet and big data technology,it is innovative to develop the whole life cycle data management cloud platform of medical equipment to solve many pain points of medical equipment.This paper first expounds the relevant background and challenges of the whole life cycle management of medical equipment and the related theories of the development and implementation of the software cloud platform,and then gives a general description of the value of the mobile Internet based medical equipment management cloud platform project.Then the whole process of implementing the cloud platform based on mobile interconnected medical equipment management and the development of the cloud platform software development are analyzed in detail from several core dimensions of the software cloud platform project products: the whole life cycle process is analyzed from framework,risk management,cloud platform architecture,design and development,software system testing and the project goal.On the basis of the development of software cloud platform,it also focuses on user requirements,system design,module design,development architecture,database architecture,system testing,manpower and cost management.In addition,the paper analyzes the risk and cost of the development and management of the software cloud platform in detail,and expounds the ways and methods to realize the function of the cloud platform and the guarantee of the development target.This article could provide effective reference for hospitals,medical institutions and government agencies on massive medical devices management based on mobile Internet and big data applications.
