The Construction And Model Researching Of Medical Information Platform Based On Mobile Internet

With the continuous development of medical information and the consistent deepening of medical system reform, medical informatization becomes one of most efficient ways to solve critical issues, like data isolation and chimney data between different medical institutions. By means of case study, the author researches KM Company’s medical information platform based on mobile Internet and analyzes many theories, including target user groups, STP marketing strategy, pricing strategy, marketing channel, profit model and so on.At last but not least, the author analyzes the advantages and risks of KM Company’s medical information platform based on Mobile Internet, including advantages on cost, benefit and applications, and risks on technology, management and marketing, etc. The author makes the conclusions through comparing advantages and risks in care study. To adapt to the demands of medical industry and social development, we should continuously improve and optimize medical information platform pattern based on Mobile Internet.
