Objective:To explore the effect of healthy management based on mobile medical care on the qualification rate of gestational weight gain and morbidity of gestational diabetes mellitus and other outcomes related to pregnancy.METHODS:A multi-center selection of 240 pregnant women who inspected at the seven hospitals in Beijing in November 2017 was prospectively studied. The number of the enrollments was randomly numbered, the singular number was the control group, and the double number was the intervention group. There are120 cases in each group. The pregnant women in the control group will participate in the traditional outpatient routine check-up and online maternity school. The intervention group will use the mobile medical care platform to conduct comprehensive,individualized,real-time and peer-related pregnancy healthy management on the basis of the control group. The follow-up time lasted until the end of childbirth. The qualification rate of gestational weight gain and morbidity of gestational diabetes mellitus and distribution of other outcomes related to pregnancy was compared between the two groups.RESULTS:According to the recovery data,a total 198 enrolled pregnant women finished the gestational diabetes mellitus screening as required. The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in the intervention group was 18.5%(20/108),and the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in the control group was 24.4%(22/90).The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in the intervention group was lower than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,a total 183 enrolled pregnant women finished the follow-up of pregnancy outcomes.Compare to World Health Organization Recommendations, the qualification rate of gestational weight gain was 65.69%(67/102)in the intervention group, and the control group was 45.68%(37/81).The qualification rate of gestational weight gain in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health management of pregnancy based on mobile medicine has a tendency to reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus, but it can significantly improve the pass rate of gestational weight gain. The effect of health management based on mobile health for pregnant women will have to need further research, but its positive role in the special population is worth of expectancy.
