| Objective:Based on the analysis of the recent efficacy of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in the treatment of obesity and combined with the review of othe r relevant literatures at home and in the world,to obtain the gist for the clin ical promotion and application of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in the treat ment of obesity.Methods:Choosing 11 obese patients who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastre ctomy in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2019.The preoperative data(i ncluding sex,age(years old),weight(kilogramme),body mass index(kilogramme·m eter~2),waist circumference(meter),waist to height ratio,fasting blood glucose,gly cosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,sleep monitoring indexes and blood pressure and so on),perioperative data(including the operation time,bleed amount in opera tion,the number of trocar,the situation of gastric tube,catheter and drainage t ube,the volume of excised gastric,postoperative hospitalization days and total hospitalization expenses)and postoperative data(including weight,body mass index,percentage of excess weight loss,and related metabolic disease indexes)of the patients were collected and sorted out to observe the changes of the i ndexes related to the preoperative and postoperative clinical efficacy.Results:All patients underwent follow-up from 1 month to 1 year after operati on.The weight,body mass index and waist circumference of the patients were decreased(p<0.05).The related indexes and symptoms of patients with metab olic diseases have been ameliorated significantly.All the 11 patients underwent successful operation,no serious complications were found after operation.Conclusion:According to the analysis of some cases in our hospital and the r eview of relevant literatures at home and in the world,laparoscopic sleeve ga strectomy can be applied in clinical practice on account of its significant and s afe short-term effect in the treatment of obesity and related metabolic disease. |
