Effect Analysis Of Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy In The Treatment Of Obesity

Objective:To investigation the efficacy of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in the treatmen t of obesity and associated complications.Methods:Choose 27 patients who conducted LSG in the Shanxi Dayi Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from April 2013 to March 2017 as the subjects.The male 12 cases,female 15 cases,average age is 31.43±14.50 years old,average weight is 123.17±21.77kg,average BMI is 42.53±5.16kg/m~2,average waist circumference is 131.93±11.30cm,average hip circumference is 135.70±12.01cm.Complicated with T2D M 12 cases,with hypertension 13 cases,with high TC 11 cases,with high LDL-C 5cases,with low HDL-C 14 cases,with hyperuricemia 12 cases,with high ALT 16 cas es,with high TG 9 cases,with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)15 cases,wit h obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)7 cases,with polycystic ova ry syndrome(PCOS)2 cases.The data were retrospectively analyzed,all patients wer e followed up for 12 months after operation,the relevant data collected at different t ime points before and after operation:1.Anthropometric indicators:height,weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,EWL%;2.Indexes of blood glucose metabolism:FPG,FCP,FINS,HbA1c and HOMA-IR;3.Liver enzymes and other related indexes of metabolic syndrome:ALT、BP、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C and uric acid;4.Liver col or doppler ultrasound shows the degree of fatty liver.The changes of all indicators before and after operation were compared.Data from each group were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.They were all expressed by mean±standard(x±s)deviation,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:At 1,3,6,12 months after operation,body weight,BMI,waist circumference,FPG,FC P,FINS,HbA1c,HOMA-IR,ALT,blood pressure and TG were all decreased(P<0.05),an d HDL-C increased(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of OSAHS and PCOS were all effectively relieved.Conclusion:LSG not only has obvious effect of weight loss,but also improves or alleviate s the related complications.The short-term effect is good,and its mechanism and l ong-term effect need further study.
