Purpose:To analyze the correlation between the inner retinal vessels and subretinal effusion in patients with central serous retinochoroidopathy, and to analyze the effect of photodynamic therapy on central serous retinochoroidopathy.Method:From June 2019 to February 2020,40 patients(41 eyes)with central serous retinochoroidopathy(CSC)who underwent optical coherence tomography(OCT)and optical coherence tomographic blood flow imaging(OCT)in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were collected. The thickness and width of the subepithelial effusion were recorded. The relationship between the above indexes and the inner retinal vessels was statistically analyzed The best corrected visual acuity,10 °-2 visual field and inner retinal vascular changes were observed in 20 cases(21eyes)of CSC patients after 1 / 2 PDT treatment.16 normal subjects(21 eyes)were selected as the control group.RESULT:1.Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA): BCVA was significantly increased after treatment and before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);there was no statistical significance in BCVA before and after treatment for contralateral eyes(P >0.05).2.10 °-2 field of vision: PSD of the field of vision after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, with statistical difference(P < 0.01);MD of the field of vision after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, with statistical difference(P < 0.03);3.There was no significant difference in SCP central area, inner ring area and overall VLD between the eyes before treatment and normal eyes(P > 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in SCP central area, inner ring area and whole VLD between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Before treatment,PD in the central area, the inner ring area and the whole area of SCP in macular area were compared between the two groups: there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),but PD in the three areas of the two groups were higher than that of the normal control group.5.After treatment,VLD in the central area, the inner ring area and the whole of the macular SCP were compared between the eyes group and the eyes group before treatment.6.PD in the central area, the inner ring area and the whole area of SCP in the macular area were compared between the eyes after treatment and the eyes before treatment: PD in the corresponding area in the eyes after treatment was significantly lower than that in the eyes before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Analysis of the relationship between superficial retinal blood flow and subepithelial effusion in CSC patients: there was a positive correlation between the width and density of the inner ring and the whole blood flow and the height of subepithelial effusion.Conclusion:1.half dose of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of CSC is significant.2.In untreated CSC patients, the retinal vessels in the inner layer of the affected eye may be in a state of high perfusion.3.PDT can damage the inner retinal vessels.4.There was a positive correlation between the density of blood flow width and the height of subepithelial fluid.
