Objective:To Evaluate the correlation between optical coherence tomography(OCT) of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC) and visual acuity. Methods: 36 eyes of 36 patients of CSC during the acute phase were examined with OCT,and the results were analyzed and measured. Results: Statistical analysis indicated that the visual acuity was correlated with the height of neurosensory detachment(r=-0.582,p<0.001)and the foveal thickness(r=-0.321,p<0.05),but there was no correlation observed between the visual acuity and width of neurosensory detachment (r=-0.053,p>0.05).Conclusions: Visual acuity is correlated with the height of neurosensory detachment and the foveal thickness, but there is no correlation between the visual acuity and width of neurosensory detachment...
