Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis With Damp-heat Concentration By Simiao Yongan Decoction Combined With Etoricoxib

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute gouty arthritis dampness and heat accumulation with the application of Simiao Yongan Decoction combined with etoricoxib,to evaluate its safety and efficiency,and to provide a reliable basis for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods: 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis damp-heat accumulation type from April 2018 to December 2018 in the Department of Rheumatology,Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.For example,the Si Miao Yongan Decoction combined with Etoxoxib group(treatment group)and the etoricoxib group(control group).The treatment cycle was 7 days.The results of laboratory indicators(ESR、CRP、UA),TCM symptoms and VAS scores of each group before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results: After 7 days of treatment,both the treatment group and the control group improved in laboratory indicators and TCM symptoms,and the overall effective rate was above 80%,as follows:1.Clinical efficacy: The treatment group was cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective in 7,16,5 and 2 cases respectively.The control group was 1,13,11 and 5respectively.The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33%(28 cases)and83.33%(25 cases),the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).2.Laboratory parameters: The ESR and CRP of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The UA value of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant decrease in UA value before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).3.VAS score: The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).The pain relief of the treatment group was better than that of the control group on the 1st and 4th day.The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.TCM symptoms: joint pain,tenderness,redness and mobility were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,but the improvement in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).5.Safety:There was no difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The adverse reaction rates of the treatment group and the control group were 3.33% and 10%,there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Simiao Yongan Decoction combined with etoricoxib can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of acute gouty arthritis dampness and heat accumulation,reduce ESR,CRP,UA indicators,improve clinical cure rate and total efficiency,especially reduce uric acid levels.High safety,it is an effective treatment for the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis...
