Clinical Study On "Tongqiao Pingchuan Decoction" In Treating Lung Syndrome Of Phlegm-Heat Resistance In Children With Allergic Rhinitis-Asthma Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of "Tongqiao Pingchuan decoction"in treating children with allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome of phlegm-heat resistance of lung,and to guide clinical treatment.Methods:60 cases of phlegm-heat Resistance Lung Syndrome in children with allergic rhinitis-asthma Syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the table of random numbers.In the treatment group,30 children were treated with"Tongqiao Pingchuan decoction".In the control group,30 children were treated with Pingxiao mixture and Bimin mixture(?),adjust the dosage according to your age.During the trial,the children's main symptoms(wheeze,sneeze,nose itch,cough)and secondary symptoms(cough,sputum,nasal discharge,chest tightness,nasal congestion,pharynx itch,eye itch,red throat,dry throat,urination,stool)were quantified and scored,the changes of symptom scores were recorded before and after treatment.The results were analyzed with SPSS23.0 software.Results:(1)comparing the total effective rate,the total effective rate was 76.7%.In the treatment group,there were 5 cases,15 cases,3 cases,7 cases.In the Control Group,there were 0 cases,4 cases,13 cases and 13 cases,the total effective rate was 56.7%.The Comprehensive Curative Effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05);(2)The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the main symptoms(cough,wheeze,sneeze,nose itch)(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the secondary symptoms(except pharynx itch and eye itch)(p<0.05).Conclusion:"Tongqiao Pingchuan decoction" has a better effect in treating children's allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome of phlegm-heat resistance of lung than Pingxiao mixture and bimin mixture(?).
