Clinical Observation Of Ya Jia Kang?in Treating Subacute Thyroiditis With Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Resistance And Its Effect On Anxiety And Depression Score

Objective:To analyse the clinical efficacy and safety of Ya Jia Kang III in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type,so as to provide an effective and safe treatment plan for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with traditional Chinese medicineMethods:Sixty six patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment plan of the treatment group(33 cases)is:Ya Jia Kang III is taken orally,once a day,twice a day,40 minutes warm in the morning and evening after meals in the morning and evening;the treatment plan of the control group(33 cases)is:diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule oral treatment,50mg per time,2 times per day,after meals.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The data of two groups before and after treatment were recorded and compared:erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),thyroid function(TSH,FT4,FT3),anxiety and depression score(SAS,SDS),TCM syndrome score,safety index,and were statistically analyzedResult:1.ESR:Compared with before treatment,ESR in both groups were significantly lower than before(p<0.05),and ESR in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05)2.TSH,FT4 and FT3:Compared with before treatment,TSH in the two groups increased significantly after treatment(p<0.05);FT4 and FT3 decreased significantly(p<0.05);and the effect of improving TSH,FT4 and FT3 in the treatment group was more significant(p<0.05)3.SAS and SDS scores:Compared with before treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(p<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower that in the control group(p<0.05)4.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly lower than before(p<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased more significantly(p<0.05)5.Evaluation of TCM syndrome effect:After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.91%and 75.76%respectively.In contrast,the curative effect of syndrome in treatment group is more obvious(p<0.05)6.Disease efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.91%and 72.73%respectively.In contrast,the curative effect of the treatment group is more obvious.(p<0.05)7.Safety:After treatment,the blood routine,fecal routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function of the two groups were all within the normal range without obvious side effectConclusion:1.Ya Jia Kang ? is safe and effective in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients2.Ya Jia Kang ? can improve the laboratory indexes(ESR,TSH,FT4,FT3)of patients with subacute thyroiditis of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type,and can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients...
