Objective:In this study,Yajiakang No.1 was used as the research drug to observe its clinical effect and its effect on SOD in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis(heat-dampness syndrome),and to provide theoretical basis for clinical applicationMethods:A total of 74 patients with methotitis who met the test requirements were collected and divided into two groups by random grouping. The treatment group(37 cases)was treated with Yajiakang No.1 Fangjianjian granules, and the control group(37 cases)was diclofenac Sodium sustained-release capsule treatment;after 4 weeks of clinical trials, observe the clinical symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),superoxide dismutase(SOD),serum thyroxine(TSH,FT3,FT4)And related safety indicators(blood routine, liver and kidney function, etc.),through the changes in its symptoms and experimental indicators to evaluate its clinical efficacy and side effects, using statistical software SPSS25.0 for analysisresults:1.Comparison of TSH,FT3,and FT4:After treatment, the TSH,FT3,and FT4 valuesof the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)2.Comparison of ESR:After treatment, the ESR of both groups was significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the improvement of ESR was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05)3.Comparison of superoxide dismutase:SOD in the two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of SOD improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05)4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms:After the treatment of two groups of patients, the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 91.89%,and that in the control group was 81.08%.After statistical analysis,Z=-2.554,P=<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, namely The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group5.Comparison of total efficacy:After treatment in the two groups, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 89.19%and 78.38%,respectively After statistical analysis, the total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)6.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the degree of TCM symptom reduction in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)7.Comparison of safety indicators:There was no significant change in safety indicators between the two groups before and after treatment, and both were within the normal rangeconclusion:1.Yajiakang I can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with subacute thyroiditis(heat and toxic accumulation syndrome),and has no adverse reactions in clinical use, which is worthy of further promotion and application2.Yajiakang No.1 prescription has obvious curative effect on subacute thyroiditis patients with excessive heat toxin, which can increase TSH and serum SOD,and reduce FT3,FT4 and ESR values...
