In recent years,children over 5 years old have become China's highest incidence rate of malignant tumor under the premise of leukemia,and also one of the reasons for high mortality in children.And in the process of hospital treatment,children will not only suffer from physical torture,but also have a kind of psychological anxiety caused by being hospitalized.At the same time,with China's growing stronger,children's physical treatment will be much easier than before,but children's psychological aspects are constantly ignored.According to the study,children with leukemia are prone to anxiety symptoms during hospitalization.The emergence of medical social work not only satisfies people's psychological treatment and counseling,but also gradually becomes the symbol of modern medical service conceptThis article attempts to use game therapy to intervene in the anxiety problem of hospitalized children.This study attempts to analyze what conditions in hospitalized children can cause anxiety,how game therapy combines social work methods to conduct psychological intervention in hospitalized children,and to intervene in anxiety.An attempt was made to comprehensively use the method of group work to provide interventional intervention for children with hematological diseases hospitalized through game therapy.Group work can improve the level of mutual assistance between hospitalized children and use group motivation to help group members reduce anxiety.In the daily observations and questionnaires sent by the hospital,a group activity was designed to reduce the emotional anxiety of leukemia children based on the group characteristics of leukemia children.In the support guidance and interactive communication,the level of the activity content is set to provide psychological and emotional guidance for children with leukemia.Through the evaluation of professional activities,the author analyzes the data in the measurement of children's scale in the process of group work,and observes the children's behavior in the process of play therapy,and summarizes the children's activities with reference to the feedback of medical staff,hoping to provide research and research for the development of medical social workers in China practical significance.
