In 2019,the author entered Fenghuang Community in Nanguan District of Changchun for an internship,contacted some hearing-impaired children in the community,and made a systematic investigation and reflection on their cognition,emotion,will,social adaptation,behavior habits and other physical and mental conditions as well as their guardians' physical and mental emotions.After investigation and analysis,the author found that due to hearing impairment,hearing impaired children have cognitive,emotional,psychological and other problems,and then have behavioral problems and deviations.The main manifestations are: resistance,hostility to people,poor self-control,impetuous impulse,inferiority and loneliness,negative social interaction,etc.These pressures also exist in the growth of hearing-impaired children.Such as psychological,educational,and rehabilitation pressures,insufficient family support,broken peer relationships,and lack of social support.The solution of these problems urgently needs the intervention of the government,society and relevant professional forces to minimize various unhealthy psychology and deviant behaviors of disabled children and their guardians and to provide a better environment for the healthy growth of hearing-impaired children.In this regard,this study takes the social deviation behaviors of hearing-impaired children in the Phoenix Community of Nanguan District,Changchun as the research object,and uses the social exchange theory,social support,and social learning theory as guidance.Professional analysis,intervention and intervention are carried out,and on the basis of intervention,a systematic study is made on the theoretical application,link design,methods and research results in the practical process.This research is divided into four parts: Chapter 1 Introduction,the important points are the research background and purpose and significance,retrospect,conceptual definition,theoretical base,study ideas and ways.The next chapter is the investigation of the status of the team members and the design of the team work,including the necessity and feasibility.The third chapter is the practical process of deviant behaviors of hearing-impaired children.The entire intervention is divided into seven sections,which are gradually deepened and then comprehensive exercises are conducted.The fourth chapter is summary and evaluation,including summary,process evaluation,skill method evaluation and effect evaluation.Chapter 5: Reflections and Suggestions,including: theoretical guidance,models,conformity of values and concepts,improvement of the professional quality of professional social workers,and distinctive professional ability.Through intervention,the author found that practice blueprint planning,resource allocation,theoretical guidance,interactive mode,and group work skills had a good effect on the activities.
