Family doctor system has been promoted for many years, It has provided a good medical care for residents in the Q district and satisfied a considerable portion of basic medical needs. With the continuous development of economy and the continuous improvement of living standards of residents in Q District, residents of Q district hope that the grassroots medical service quality is getting better and better. In the meantime, the service requirements for family doctors are still in a relatively primitive stage, the service provided by the family doctor has been unable to meet the current requirements of the residents of the Q district, the gap between residents’ requirements and the quality of family doctor service is gradually increasing. In view of this, we should make innovations in the service of the family doctor, aim to improve the service quality of family doctors in Q District.The main ideas of this research are: First, through the study of the literature of medical service area and field interviews of local residents in Q District, to determine the factors affecting the quality of family doctor service, based on that, constructing an index system of factors affecting the quality of family physicians in Q District; Second, By using the method for computing service perception and expectation gap in service quality model, the difference between the perceived quality and the perceived quality of the family doctor service in Q district was calculated. Third, based on the index system of factors affecting the quality of family physicians, by using AHP, the weight of each factor to influence the quality of family doctor service was calculated. Forth, perception and expectation of the elements of the gap value multiplied by the weighted value of the elements, to get the key elements that are important and do poorly and determine which items need to be improved first. Reference data analysis results, This paper presents to perfect the family doctor service from four aspects:(Ⅰ)Resource re allocation;(Ⅱ)Improve service mode;(Ⅲ)Relearning;(Ⅳ)Improve standardization.In this study, we will combine the service perception and expectation difference in the service quality model and the analytic hierarchy process, to solve the service quality model can only get service perception expectation difference, but can not calculate the relative importance of service projects. The results of this paper can guide to improve key service projects and make a contribution to enhance the family doctor service quality.This paper enriches the research theory and method of the basic medical service field, It provides a theoretical reference for the research of this field.
