Research On Public Service Innovation Of Heilongjiang Inspection And Quarantine Bureau

Heilongjiang Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is an important unit directly under the central government in Heilongjiang province.As an implementer to build a service-oriented government,the Bureau should focus on public service innovation and be committed to promoting diversity of local development,which is very meaningful for Heilongjiang's development.However,there are still a few problems in public service innovation of Heilongjiang inspection and quarantine system,such as simple mode of supplying,operation mechanism not matching regional development,prominent legal basis and so on.How to solve these problems is closely related to full use of administrative means and the policy guidance and support from the local government.The thesis will examine the current situation of public service innovation of Heilongjiang inspection and quarantine system,analyze problems and causes with methods of induction from the perspective of government management and then try to explore new measures for public service innovation of Heilongjiang inspection and quarantine system.
