As an important branch of the medical service industry,the health management industry bears the burden of resolving medical conflicts.In China,the health management industry belongs to the Chaoyang industry and has a lot of room for development.However,due to the relatively short development time of the industry,there are still many hidden problems in the health management service model of private enterprises.The service efficiency is low,the added value of service products is small,and the investment of medical resources is insufficient.And the lack of this innovative mechanism also restricts the development of the health management service industry.Improving the service level,innovation mechanism and overall competitiveness of health management service industry is the most challenging issue facing Chengdu health management service industry.Improving service quality and strengthening service management capacity are the key factors in solving service problems.The private medical industry,especially the health management industry,is not only the competition of hardware,but also the level of service is one of the important factors in the choice of customers.High quality service management ability can enable customers to complete the perfect transformation from brand awareness to brand dependence.Service Provider-Company Employees,Service Sensor-Corporate Customers-To some extent,companies need to meet the needs of both internal and external customers if they want a good reputation.Reasonable optimization of service system,to the maximum extent to meet customer needs;Improve the service flow,solve problems in the process,reduce the unnecessary workload of internal employees.Based on the theory of service management,including service ability management,service quality gap,service contact,queuing management,and new service development ability,the author investigates the product development and service quality of Dr.HYHK Group in Chengdu.At the same time,the design of internal staff and external customer questionnaire,analysis and study of its service management problems,whether service management or product innovation is the development of new services,can not meet the company's rapid development.This paper puts forward practical and effective improvement strategies in view of the characteristics of Chengdu HYHK Group and the actual situation of the company.At the same time,according to the theory of continuous improvement of Deming ring as the theoretical basis,the author puts forward the concrete measures in the service management promotion,and puts forward the product optimization and innovation strategies according to the product and market response.It aims to accelerate the innovation and development of products and services of Chengdu HYHK Medical Students Group,and guide the company to obtain market opportunities and grow rapidly in service management and product innovation.
