The Clinical Research Of Using Manipulative Reduction And Combining Percutaneous Pinning On The Treatment Of Humeral Lateral Condyle Fracture Of Rotating Shifts

Objective:Through in-depth study of humeral lateral condyle rotation displacement mechanism of injury and fracture reduction mechanism, and then the use of traditional Chinese medicine Bone-setting manipulation and the treatment method combined with percutaneous pinning internal fixation, provides a small trauma, low cost, fast recovery of elbow joint function, the curative effect is reliable in the treatment of humeral supra condylar fracture of rotating shift operation method for clinical.Methods:This study uses the research method of prospective randomized controlled trial,60patients met the inclusion criteria of humeral lateral condyle rotation displacement fracture were divided into treatment group38cases and control group with22cases according to the method of random number table.All patients were given the same treatment method of preoperative and postoperative.Treatment group were treated with manipulative reduction and percutaneous pin fixation.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation..After operation, all patients were regularly followed up,follow-up shot elbow lateral X-ray observation of fracture healing.The limb elbow was evaluated according to Mayo scoring system after elbow function standard,then the two groups of data obtained were statistically analyzed.Results:All the patients were followed up for2-9months, average of6.4months.During the follow-up period, there were no patients with nonunion of fracture and necrosis of skin condition, limb pinhole or incision infection..Two groups of patients for clinical healing time of fracture, expenses, bleeding volume, operation time in terms of the resulting data for statistical analysis, there were significant differences(P>0.05),and can explain the treatment group than the control group.Two groups of patients after2months,3months and6months of elbow function score and the curative effects were statistically analyzed,after2months,3months in the elbow joint function and effect are significantly different (P<0.05),the elbow joint function recovery after operation can be faster and better curative effect for2months,3months,6months without significant difference at the elbow joint function and efficacy (P>0.05).Conclusion:Manipulative reduction and percutaneous pin fixation for the treatment of humeral supra condylar fracture of rotating shift operation time is short, fast fracture healing, low cost, and rapid recovery of function, can restore the function of elbow joint as soon as possible, so as soon as possible to improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth popularizing treatment method.
