Investment Analysis Of A General Hospital Project In A City

Medical and health care concerns people's vital interests and health,and it is a hot topic of social concern.Improving the health quality of the whole people is one of the goals of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China.The construction of general hospital projects is conducive to improving the level of medical services and promoting the development of the region.As an important supporting facility for the development of the region,the investment of comprehensive hospital projects is not only related to the economic interests of enterprises,but also to the overall development of the region.Based on the theory and method of project investment analysis of general hospital,this paper takes a general hospital project in A city as an example,and carries out project investment analysis according to its project characteristics.A general hospital project in A city is located in B District of A city.The medical and health undertakings in A City lag behind the economic and social development in general.The existing level of medical and health services can not meet the growing medical needs of the people.In terms of resource allocation,the allocation of health resources is unbalanced and the total amount is low,especially the lack of general hospitals in District B,and the medical service capacity is weak.At present,the A municipal government actively plans to deploy the development of medical and health services in District B.The mode of project investment is government funds + social funds,which are jointly funded by A municipal government and A group company.The cooperation period of the project is planned to be 25 years,of which the construction period is 5 years and the operation period is 20 years.The project is under the responsibility of A Group Company.After completion,A Government organizes medical use institutions to carry out the main medical business and A Group Company to carry out non-core medical business.This paper combines the relevant theoretical knowledge to analyze the investment of general hospital projects,and evaluates the investment analysis by using the comprehensive evaluation method.It verifies that the evaluation index and evaluation system constructed in this paper are scientific and operable,and has a certain reference significance for the investment analysis of general hospital projects.
