The Study On The Project Management System In Large General Hospitals

A new methodology system for management project has a developedknowledge-based system. In this study, based on the actual demand of hospitalmanagement, we designed the organization running system for hospital projectmanagement, and developed the corresponding selection methods and incentivesmechanisms.Depending on actually development in hospitals, analysis for the project andproject management knowledge, we confirmed that hospitals need to introduce anew project management approach, scientific organization and management ofoperation of the project to improve the working efficiency and effectiveness,improve the management level.For the operating mechanism of hospital project management organization, itshould give full consideration to the characteristics of the current organizationalstructure, effectively integrate the project management requirements, select abalanced matrix organization structure as a model, together ensure that the projectrunning smoothly.For the selection of project team personnel, it should carry on the"Competence model”, establish the indicator system in line with the hospitalproject management features, select the excellent leader and members in thisproject..For the mechanism of the term incentives, it should fully consider theshort-term and long-term effects, establish of the project performance evaluationsystem and post and title examination system for the staff in the project, focusingon capacity assessment, and design parallel way promotion on titles and post.
