In the past ten years,China's medical and health industry has developed rapidly,and the overall medical level of the country has been significantly improved.The medical and health industry is gradually becoming an indispensable part of Chinese society.and has become an important part of the national economy and people's livelihood.Hospital construction is a very core part of the whole medical and health system.It is necessary to study the technical and economic analysis and evaluation of large-scale hospital construction projects before investment decision-making.The technical and economic analysis and evaluation research has certain theoretical value and practical significance.Chinese styleIn this paper,according to the current situation that our country,society and medical industry urgently need high-quality,high-benefit,high-scale general hospital development,based on the technology,economic analysis and evaluation of all aspects of the pre-investment decision-making of Phoenix Hospital construction project,all aspects of the construction project are analyzed.Through the relevant economic evaluation theory,this paper constructs the economic and technical evaluation index system of hospital construction projects.Finally,the economic and technical indicators of the project are analyzed concretely,and the final comprehensive evaluation results of the project are obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process,which provides experience for the technical and economic analysis and evaluation research of similar medical and health industry-hospital construction projects.Chinese styleFirstly,the background of the construction project of Phoenix Hospital is elaborated,and the purpose,significance and content of the project are determined.Secondly,the technological and economic analysis process of the project of Phoenix Hospital is discussed,and the influencing factors of the technical and economic content of the project are refined and decomposed.On this basis,this paper studies from several aspects of the project:economy,benefit,investment risk and so on.Investigate and analyze the feasibility of project investment decision-making.Using some analytical methods,such as AHP method and relevant research and evaluation methods,the paper formulates corresponding solutions to the technical,economic problems,benefit differentiation and risk factors in the investment decision-making of construction projects.Secondly,the technical and economic evaluation indicators of the project are analyzed concretely to test the rationality and relevance of the selection of indicators,and have certain social benefits.Through the analysis of various indicators,it is proved that the investment decision of project construction is feasible and reasonable.On this basis,according to do the analytic hierarchy process,and combined with expert interviews,small-scale questionnaire survey and other methods,the comprehensive evaluation of technical and economic indicators of the project is studied,and the necessity,economy and construction plan of the project are reasonable.Finally,under the theory of investment decision-making,the project of Phoenix Hospital can ensure a reasonable and optimized investment plan on the premise of meeting the medical needs.It can effectively reduce the cost of technical and economic analysis of medical construction investment and shorten the research cycle of evaluation and research.The most important thing is to reduce and reduce the actual project application risk,and improve the medical level and overall strength of Phoenix Hospital.Give full play to its social and economic benefits,which has great reference significance and application value for the development of general hospitals and other hospitals at all levels.
