With the rapid economic growth in our country,the quality of life of the people has been greatly improved.However,the risk of various chronic diseases is also greatly increased.Diabetes is one of the most important chronic diseases.Once a person suffers from diabetes,it will seriously affect the quality of his life and bring serious burden to himself and his family.With the extension of the time of diabetes,it will lead to various complications.Once complications occur,it is difficult to cure them,and the occurrence of complications will directly or indirectly lead to the death of patients.It is very difficult to find the complications caused by diabetes in the early stage.At present,the diagnosis of patients' complications is mostly dependent on doctors.Due to the limitations of their own experience and level,doctors will have misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis to a certain extent.Once misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis will have a great impact on the patient's condition control and treatment.Therefore,in order to find the complications of diabetic patients as early as possible,treat them in time,and reduce the harm of diabetic complications to patients,this paper designs and implements an electro acupuncture treatment system for diabetic complications.The system can not only diagnose and predict diabetic complications,but also introduce electroacupuncture into the treatment of diabetic complications.At the same time,in order to strengthen the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on diabetic complications,the system realizes the electroacupuncture waveform of imitating classical compound acupuncture technique.The electroacupuncture treatment system for diabetic complications mainly includes three parts: diagnosis and prediction of diabetic complications,generation of electroacupuncture waveform and hardware output of electroacupuncture stimulation signal.In order to complete the design and implementation of the system,this paper has carried out the following work:(1)data acquisition and pretreatment.According to the demand for data in the diabetic complication prediction model in the system,this paper makes a basic statistical analysis of the real clinical medical records of diabetes patients in the hospital,and according to the analysis results,determines the types of complications to be predicted by the model and the 16 indicators of data collection.Finally,the collected data were preprocessed such as deletion,addition and normalization.(2)Establishment and analysis of the model.Based on the pre-processed data and the support vector machine as the basic algorithm for modeling,this paper uses grid search and genetic algorithm to find the best parameters c and g for modeling,and uses the best parameters c and g of the model found under the two algorithms to establish a diabetic complication diagnosis and prediction model,respectively.Finally,the performance of the two models was comprehensively compared with accuracy,specificity and sensitivity.The experimental results show that the models established under the two parameter optimization methods have higher accuracy for the prediction of diabetes complications,but the model established based on genetic algorithm has relatively better testing performance.(3)Design of electroacupuncture stimulation parameters and generation of electroacupuncture waveform.Firstly,this paper studies the output stimulation parameters(waveform,amplitude,frequency and stimulation duration)of electroacupuncture,then introduces the basic waveform of electroacupuncture based on the above parameters,and finally realizes the electroacupuncture waveform of imitating the classical compound acupuncture techniques of " heat-producing needling " and " cool-producing needling " through the symbolic measurement principle.(4)Design and implementation of the system.The realization of the electroacupuncture treatment system for diabetic complications is divided into software and hardware.The software part mainly uses LabVIEW and MATLAB to realize the diagnosis and prediction of diabetic complications and the generation of electroacupuncture waveform.The hardware part mainly outputs the electroacupuncture stimulation signal generated by the software through the computer audio card and uses the voltage amplification circuit to amplify the output signal.
