Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Apoplexy With Scalp-electroacupuncture Accompanied With Body-electroacupuncture

Research ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of scalp electroacupuncture and body electroacupuncture on apoplexy.And to find out the relationship between the turnout and the badness and the course of the disease. Research Methods122 inpatients suffered from apoplexy were randomly divided into a scalp-electroacupuncture accompanied with body-electroacupuncture group (the treatment group) of 62 cases and a scalp acupuncture accompanied with body-electroacupuncture group (the control group)of 60 cases. The clinical effects were analyzed and assessment compared after one course of treatment. Research Result1. After one course of treatment,the total curative rate was 87.10% in the treatment group,which is significantly superior to 70.00 % in controlgroup, there was statistically significance(P<0. 01)2.After one course of treatment,Compared to that before treating,assessments of effect of the controlgroup after treating were decreased(P<0. 01), compaired to that before treating,assessments of effect of the treatment group after treating weredecreased(P<0. 01); Compaired to thecontrol group,the function of the treatment group was more obvious, there was statistically significance(P<0. 01).3.After one course of treatment, in the treatment group the total curative rate that the illness was lighter was obviously superior to which was heaver,there was statistically significance(P<0. 01).4. After one course of treatment,in the treatment group ,the block from 1 day to 4 weeks the curative and marked rate was 76.47%, which was obviously superior to 37.50% in the block from 4 weeks to 3 months and was also obviously superior to 25.00% in the block from 3 months to 2 years.According to statistical analysis,there were both statistically significance(P<0. 01) by comparing the latter two blocks to the first.
