The Establishment And Clinical Practice Of Anaesthesia Health Education In Spinal Canal During Perioperative Period

Objective:(1)To formulate the health education content of perioperative intraspinal anesthesia.(2)The health education content of perioperative intraspinal anesthesia was applied to clinical practice to evaluate its application effect and verify the effectiveness and popularity of health education content.Methods:(1)The health education content of perioperative spinal anesthesia was determined by extensive retrieval of relevant literature,qualitative interview(semi-structured interview),Delphi expert consultation.(2)The final content of health education was applied to clinical practice to test its effect.46 patients in the control group(Pre-surgical consultations by surgeon doctors and ward nurses,pre-operative visits by anesthesiologists and operating room nurses)who want to implement spinal anesthesia received traditional preoperative visit,and 46 patients in the test group who want to implement spinal anesthesia received preoperative visit and added health education content of perioperative spinal anesthesia.Effectiveness was evaluated by anxiety scores before health education,after health education,and after surgery,time required for successful placement of anesthesia position in one time,and patient satisfaction.Results:(1)Through literature review and semi-structured interview method,Delphi expertconsultation method determined the perioperative spinal canal anesthesia health education content 2 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 50 third-level indicators.(2)The effect between groups(experimental group and control group),the difference in anxiety score was statistically significant(P <0.05);within the group effect(time effect),the difference in anxiety scores at three different time points was statistically significant(P<0.001);There was interaction between groups and time points(P <0.001),and the experimental group was better than the control group.(3)The time 29.50(25.00,36.50)S of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group 59.00(48.00,71.00)S,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001).(4)The satisfaction score of patients in the experimental group(47.09±2.21)was higher than that in the control group(41.14±4.48),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).Conclusion:(1)After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation results show that the final contents of spinal anesthesia health education have high reliability,which provides scientific reference tools for future anesthesia department nurses to carry out anesthesia health education in an all-round way.(2)To a certain extent,the health education content of perioperative spinal anesthesia can meet the information needs of patients and improve patients' satisfaction.
