Research And Clinical Practice Of Anesthesia Nurses In Carrying Out The Contents Of Perioperative Anesthesia Health Education

Objective:Providing scientific,accurate and efficient perioperative anesthesia and health education content for patients undergoing general anesthesia;further promoting the rapid application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in clinical practice;and responding on December 12,2017,the National Health and Family Planning Commission released “ "National Health and Family Planning Commission General Office Notice on the Management of Outpatients and Nursing Units in Anesthesia Departments of Medical Institutions" on the requirements of anesthesia education conducted by anesthesia nurses;ensuring the effectiveness and quality of perioperative anesthesia health education and improving anesthetic safety;avoiding or Reducing the probability of preoperative cessation of surgery due to inadequate anesthetic preparation.Application of the perioperative anesthesia health education developed by the Institute of Clinical Practice to verify whether the formulated content is clear,operational,popular,and promotional.Methods:1.Literature review stage: Read a lot of domestic and foreign literature to understand the development status,development trend and specific content of perioperative anesthesia health education;2.Qualitative interviewing phase: 8 nurses in the anesthesiology department and 20 surgical patients undergoing general anesthesia were purposely interviewed for qualitative interviews to understand the perioperative anesthesia information required for general anesthesia patients from different angles;3.The first drafting stage: Based on a large number of literature reviews and qualitative interviews,a preliminary draft of the perioperative anesthesia health education content was formed through repeated discussions and revisions with the research group.4.Delphi Expert Consultation Stage:A total of 17 anesthesiologists with the title of associate high or above from 11 provinces and 8 heads of anesthesiology nurses were selected to conduct two rounds of expert consultations to revise and supplement the first draft of the perioperative anesthesia health education content,and finally form a perioperative procedure.Anesthesia health education content;5.Clinical application stage: The perioperative anesthesia health education content finally formed is applied in clinical practice.180 surgical patients undergoing general anesthesia undergo perioperative anesthesia health education to verify whether the educational content is easy to understand,and whether it has Operability,popularity and promotion.Results:1.Interviews with surgical patients undergoing general anesthesia led to three themes: information needs for the anesthetic process,information needs for pain management,and information needs for preparation prior to anesthesia.2.Through qualitative interviews with nurses in the anesthesiology department,two themes were extracted: understanding of general conditions prior to anesthesia and content of preoperative anesthesia education;3.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,the perioperative anesthesia health education content was constructed,including two first-level items(an understanding of general conditions before anesthesia,preoperative anesthesia education content),10 second-level items,60 items Level 3 entry.4.Through practical clinical application,the content of anesthesia health education formulated in this study is easy to understand,can significantly reduce the preoperative anxiety level of surgical patients,improve patient satisfaction with anesthesia care services,and has operability,popularity,and promotion.Conclusion:The research has a high degree of enthusiasm,authority and coordination,and the results of the study are reliable.After two rounds of Delphy's expert consultation,2 items of first grade,10 items of two level items,60 items of three level of health education in perioperative period were established.After clinical practice,the effect is good,and it is operable and popularized.
