degree in clinical medicine graduate students from 6 different medical universities by questionnaire, and interview relevant clinical medical education experts in a Province. This paper analyzed the situation of postgraduates in the province from the aspects of postgraduate enrollment, training, degree granting, reward system, employment and other aspects of the province clinical medicine master's degree graduate education, combined with the demand of clinical medical personnel training objectives and the medical market research master's degree in clinical medicine students in China, and find out the existing problems and causes.,Consequently,we are able to improve the training quality of postgraduates of clinical medicine and provide more and more clinical doctors with a high level of expertise.and on this basis, provided In order to improve the training quality of Postgraduates of clinical medicine master degree in Guangdong Province, and to provide a high level of clinical doctors.Materials and MethodsThe clinical medical professional degree master enrollment, training, degree granting and the reward system, employment and other aspects of information, were collected by by visiting 6 enrolled medical universities, the website of administrative department of the enrolled medical university of health of university website, access to relevant literature, telephone consultation, field investigation and other methods. The text information was pooled and analyzed by tabulations and figures.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature, identified the main problems on the cultivation of master's degree in clinical medicine students in China were identified, focusinged on the key elements of training objectives of full-time postgraduate training mode to,and designed the questionnaire "clinical master of professional status training questionnaire",based on the research results of domestic and foreign training mode. The questionnaire was collected by face-to-face questionnaire survey of the third-grade medical clinical medicine degree students from the 6 enrolled medical universities,by completely random sampling method. The data of this study were archived coded and analyzed by Excel2007 and IBM SPSS 19.0.Quantitative variables in in this study were descripted bytermed as,and were compared with t test and Variance analysis. The count data were described by frequency(%),and x2 chi-square test was used to compare the differences in frequency distribution between the two groups. All statistical tests were used on both sides of the test, the test level to P<0.05 was considered statistically significant, that the difference was statistically significant.ResultsThere were some differences in the selection of master's degree tutors in clinical medicine in a Province. The requirements in age were basically the same:men under 56 years of age, women under 51 years of age.In terms of academic qualifications,Jinan E University can apply for recruitment for exceptionally;,C Guangzhou Medical University requires undergraduate and above, the remaining universities require master's degree and aboveat least. In the scientific research projects requirement varies significantly among the 6 universities differences,Sun Yat-senA University presided over the provincial and ministerial level above scientific research projects while, the other five universities only needed to preside over a city hall level above the research projects at municipal levels.Academic achievement requirements were also significantly different, the general requirements of the papers at least two,and scientific research awards treated as a declaration of conditions in BSouthern Medical University and Shantou F University. In 2011 year,637 students from the province gained professional master degrees of clinical medicine, accounting for 45.9%,and the number of students in Hunan Province,Henan,Hubei,Shandong provinces accounted for 31.8%,were the relatively more important places of origin studentsorigins for medical student enrollment.the form of admission to the main test,1329 people, recommended trial only 20 people(accounted for 1.4%),recommended relatively small number of trial-free,fresh students 1062,accounting for 76.6%.According to the data from the Provincial Department of Education graduation, clinical medicine master's degree research project in six universities were mainly optional projects,908 people, accounting for 65.5%,and followed by provincial and municipal research projects,270 people, accounting for 19.5%,the least were a national research project.oneOne-time employment had 1191 people, accounting for 85.9%,and 76 people continued to study, accounting for 5.5%,the two together accounted for 91.4%of the total. The main employment units were medical and health units at all levels,1144 people, accounting for 82.5%,followed by colleges and universities,89 people, accounting for 6.4%.The 935 students from the six universities got employment in Guangdong Province, accounting for 67.4%of the total number of graduates. The further analysis of variance shows that "Disciplinary Level of Enrollment Institutions","Recognition of Enrollment Institutions"V"candidates for college admissions professional degree training recognition" and "society of college admissions professional degree the culture of recognition",were statistically different. In the investigation of the intention of the enrollment system, the majority of the four universities graduate students chose "urgent need for reform" and "need to reform",both of which accounted for 87%of the total number of respondents, and "written test important" ratio were the highest in the four universities,(50.0%),44(48.4%),49(45.8%)and 46(49.5%),respectively.Evaluation of factors of enrollment were relatively differently, there were high scores in the three aspects "basic knowledge of medicine","clinical specialty" and "clinical practice ability",and second "English","scientific research quality",and the lowest score for " politics ".The evaluation on the school curriculum differed more widelywere relatively large differently, three aspects of higher scores:"curriculum content frontier","curriculum integration" and "the rationality of the assessment method",followed by two aspects:"the curriculum" and "teaching method diversity".The variance analysis shoewed that "curriculum content frontier" hade significant difference in the four universities, according to the survey data, the score from high to low followed by Sun Yat-sen University,Southern Medical University,Guangzhou Medical University,Guangdong Medical University, the average score of 4 out of 6 universities was higher than 3 points, but the average score of 3.9 points in Sun Yat-senA University. The remaining fours hade no statistical differences. The number of graduates who were granted with professional physician qualification certificate before their graduation is 322,accounting for 90.7%of total number of graduate candidates. In the clinical practice, the proportion of completed practice in several key links were relatively high, such as,the Department of pre-post training 90.1%,making the clinical training program 88.2%,in-depth clinical operation,89.6%to 92.4%,a complete clinical training 91.3%,independent assessment management of patients with 82.8%teachers to arrange "rotary departments assigned" 256 people, accounting for 72.1%of the total number, followed by the "training base to develop"and "instructor contact",accounted for 18.9%and 9%,in order to teach teacher with intermediate title,a total of 154 people, the total number of the 43.4%,followed by senior teachers,a total of 115 people, accounting for 32.4%.The analysis and evaluation also differed widely were relatively large differently in the degree of importance of training for professional ability, the higher scores in four aspects:"professional knowledge","clinical practice ability","clinical thinking abilityl" and "self-learning ability",followed by three aspects:"Basic knowledge","interpersonal skills","innovation ability",and the lowest three aspects:"humanities and professional ethics","scientific research ability","writing ability".In the evaluation of "scientific research ability training mode",there were 181 people who chose "guidance" in the subject's discipline, accounting for 51.0%,and "103"for the total number of people who chose " 29.0%.ofOf the evaluation of "research focus",138 people chose "clinical practice",accounting for 38.9%,selected "basic subjects" 65 people, accounting for 18.3%,selected "basic and clinical combination"152 people,Accounting for 42.8%.Of the evaluation of "subject selection",272 people chose "mentor assigned",accounting for 76.6%.The factors influencing the positivity of revolution about the medical graduate education in the medical universities are listed as follows:The first one was the "lack of government support",there are 127 people choose, accounting for 35.8%,the second was the "lack of financial investment in all aspects of the university","the government is not enough",there were 133 people chose, accounting for 37.5%,the third was the "scientific research-based assessment assessment system",74 people choose, accounting for 20.8%.The first was the "scientific research-based evaluation assessment system,to promote their hope to recruit academic graduate students",there were 42 people choose, accounting for 40.0%of the total number of graduate students, the second was the "incentive mechanism and the compensation mechanism was not mature," 100 people chose, accounting for 28.2%of the total. The cultivation quality index system of clinical medicine graduate students in Guangdong was established by constructed with 5 first-grade indicators and 27 secondary indicatorsConclusions1.The Province is one of the leading provinces in China where postgraduate education for master's degrees in clinical medicine is carried out, with large-scale enrollment and prestigious universities and a high-ranked clinical medicine in China. The postgraduate education for master's degree in clinical medicine in 6 universities in Guangdong Province meet the training objectives set by the state, with sound regulations and the standardized implementation of graduate education in these six universities.Graduate students are satisfied with these six universities, whose satisfying degree is consistent with that in the“Annual Report on Employment Quality of Graduates in Guangdong Province" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Employment Guidance Center.2.The main problems in the postgraduate education of master's degree in clinical medicine in 6 universities of the Province are summarized as follows:(1)The enrollment policy is not flexible enough;graduate student source is relatively limited;a higher percentage of the newly enrolled students do not hold Physician Practice Certificates and some students were not majored in clinical medicine during their undergraduate study.(2)A scientific training model is not fully developed. Those six universities develop quite different models in curriculum design, clinical practice as well as research training for postgraduates.(3)A high-quality tutor team has yet to be developed. This may be attributive to failure to effectively distinguish the criteria for selecting mentors for different degree types and failure to effectively implement incentive policies for mentors(4)A scientific and reasonable quality evaluation system has yet to be developed.3.The main countermeasures are listed as follows:(1)the reform of the graduate student enrollment system should be encouraged to implement flexible enrollment policy,so as to attract quality students.(2)By correctly interpreting the training objectives and focusing on "cultivating high-level clinicians",the reform of training mode is encouraged, with focus on curriculum design, clinical practice as well as research training.(3)the evaluation system, personnel mechanism, and salary system for the mentors should be reformed to motivate them.(4)The system to evaluate the training quality should be fully developed4.The system to evaluate the quality of postgraduate education for master's degree in clinical medicine has begun to take place.
