Objective:On the basis of idea of “Differentiation of Prescriptions and Syndromes”,through analysing the 113 prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,obtain the main symptoms of each prescription.And through the integration and combing of the symptoms that mentioned in Treatise on Typhoid Fever,obtain the main prescription for each symptom.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the two results,we can get the law of using prescription to disease,in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Method:1.This paper,by analysing and collatting content of the medical books and related articles,related to the Historical Evolution,Definition,Research Method,Practical Significance and Existing Problems of thought of “Differentiation of Prescriptions and Syndromes”,in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.2.On the Basis of the thought of “Differentiation of Prescriptions and Syndromes”,expounding all kinds of prescription briefly,starting from the original text as far as possible,synthesizing the enlightening remarks of physicians over the ages.Systematically reorganizing the main symptoms of 113 prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Summarize all the symptoms mentioned in Treatise on Typhoid Fever.Analysing of prescriptions related to symptoms.3.Cross-contrast of all the above results,and arrival at a conclusion and law.Conclusion:Indication of application of prescription and the law that is about various curative treatment of each symptom,it reveals the basic law of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The thought of “Differentiation of Prescriptions and Syndromes” facilitating the study and memory and clinical application of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Several basic Prescriptions and Syndromes which produce each Prescription and Pyndrom in the way of drug additions and subtractions with the development of symptoms,it is the development law of Prescriptions and Syndromes.Development of cold,heat,deficiency,pathogenic factors and qi depressionProduce each symptom by acting on different parts of the human body. |
