Study On The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Febrile Diseases Based On The Theory Of Five Movements And Six Climates

Objective:Doctrine on Yunqi is an important part of TCM theory.Its theoretical system was first discussed in seven treatises of Suwen and used in other chapters of Huangdi Neijing.In the literature of TCM,the concept of febrile disease was first seen in Huangdi Neijing.So febrile disease in the etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and other aspects must be inextricably related to Doctrine on Yunqi,which is rarely studied by scholars.This paper attempts to combine the febrile disease and Doctrine on Yunqi,to explore the theoretical category of Doctrine on Yunqi,the specific application of Doctrine on Yunqi in syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile disease and the relationship between them,so as to clarify the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile disease based on Doctrine on Yunqi.Methods:Based on the research methods of medical history literature,this paper adopts the traditional literature mining and the combination of theory and clinical application.This paper takes Huangdi Neijing as the main research literature,combining with the related works and papers of later doctors on the study of Doctrine on Yunqi and febrile diseases,adopting the research method of analysis,sorting and induction.Through the in-depth study of the above literature,this paper expounds the scientificity and theoretical category of Doctrine on Yunqi,and its specific application in Huangdi Neijing,and based on this,it clarifies the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of epidemic febrile diseases and the occurrence and prevention of epidemic diseases.Results:The article is divided into four parts:The first part discusses that the formation of Doctrine on Yunqi is mainly based on the simple knowledge of astronomy and calendar,and the concept of"correspondence between man and nature" derived from Doctrine on Yunqi also has its scientific basis of astronomy and physics.The theory category of the Doctrine on Yunqi includes not only the theory of the deduction of the main and branches,but also its understanding of the physiological pathology of the human body,the cause,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of the disease,which are systematically summarized in the seven major treatises.The detailed application of the theory must explore the whole Huangdi Neijing.The second part discusses the specific application of Doctrine on Yunqi in Huangdi Nei jing."Injury in cold" is the main factor that leads to the decline of immunity and the feeling of pathogenic microorganism,which belongs to the inducement of disease.The different changes of climate in the four seasons affect the constitution,which ultimately determines the deficiency and excess of cold and heat,rather than the six evils.The theory of opening and closing pivot of three Yin and three Yang describes the coexistence of"opening" and "closing" of the lunar and the solar.It describes the physiological functions and pathological changes of the three Yin and three Yang in detail with the thinking of image comparison.The disease of three Yin and three Yang caused by the "breaking" of the opening and closing pivot.The essence of three Yin and three Yang disease is the inclination of Qi in meridians.The direction and number of the six meridians are mainly determined by the method of Renying-Cunkou pulse diagnostic method.The process of identifying three Yin and three Yang disease is the process of syndrome differentiation of the six meridiansThe third part discusses the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases based on Doctrine on Yunqi.The pathogenesis of febrile disease can be summed up as follows:lose the essence,feel the evil toxin,and develop febrile disease.The essence of "Fu Qi" is the constitution state formed after the abnormal climate(six evils)is added to the human body,which affects the nature of cold and temperature in the future.The occurrence of febrile diseases is mainly due to the rising of the Yang Qi of body,that is,"not storing essence",and "not storing essence" is greatly affected by climate factors,including."winter injury in cold".The syndrome differentiation of Wei Qi Ying Xue lacks the discrimination of specific disease location of meridians and Zang Fu organs,so the clinical syndrome must be combined with the syndrome differentiation of six meridians.Wu Jutong's Syndrome differentiation of Triple Energizer is not a simple and brand-new method strictly.The textbook equates it with the differentiation of viscera syndrome and loses its original meaning.Therefore,it is difficult to treat the febrile diseases separately.The syndrome differentiation of six meridians not only includes the meridians and viscera,but also each meridians is divided into Wei,Qi,Ying and Xue.It is a vertical and horizontal three-dimensional method of syndrome differentiation,which actually contains the Syndrome differentiation of Triple Energizer,and can integrate the syndrome differentiation of Wei Qi Ying Xue.The syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases should adopt the six meridians syndrome differentiation system with the six meridians as the key point and Wei Qi Ying Xue as the objective.At the same time,the treatment of febrile diseases should be based on the odor treatment from the Doctrine on Yunqi.The fourth part discusses the occurrence rule and prediction method of epidemic disease.In the era of Huangdi Neijing,the ancestors not only had known the pathogenic factors that caused the occurrence of such bad diseases as epidemics,that is,the so-called "evil ghost" and "five ghouls",but also realized that "three deficiency" can cause epidemics,and they also used the Doctrine on Yunqi to accurately predict the occurrence of epidemics.At the end of this paper,we use the Doctrine on Yunqi to analyze the "new crown"pneumonia.Conclusion:The Doctrine on Yunqi has the objective scientific basis of astronomy and physics.The Doctrine on Yunqi is not only concentrated in seven treatises,but also the theoretical basis of the whole Huangdi Neijing and even the whole TCM.It is concretely and widely used in Neijing.Furthermore,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases are all derived from the Doctrine on Yunqi,thus forming the law of differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases based on the Doctrine on Yunqi,as well as the law of occurrence and prevention of epidemic diseases(including febrile diseases).
