Exploration On The Prescription Medication Based On Zhang Zhongjing's Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment System

Research purposes: Zhang Zhongjing's ? Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases? can be divided into ?Treatise on Febrile Diseases? based on six meridians differentiation and ?Golden Chamber? based on viscera and meridians differentiation.The purpose of this paper is to explore these two works,so as to analyze and sort out a comprehensive system of syndrome differentiation and treatment guided by Zhang Zhongjing's academic thinking,and then according to this system of syndrome differentiation and treatment,to explore Zhang Zhongjing's ideas of prescription medication,in order to better guide clinical disease differentiation and treatment.Research methods: The full text includes two chapters: one is Zhang Zhongjing's syndrome differentiation and treatment system,the other is the discussion of formulation ideas.The former is the process of "differentiation" and the latter is the process of "treatment".Zhang Zhongjing's syndrome differentiation and treatment system can be divided into three parts: the thought of combining disease with syndrome,six elements of pathogenesis and disease nursing.The combination of disease and syndrome is the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,with disease as the main point as also treatment according to syndrome.Firstly,the "disease as the key point" requires definite diagnosis and defining the name of the disease as the first priority in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.And then according to the physiological characteristics of the body and pathological manifestations of the disease,extract common pathogenesis;secondly,according to the main symptoms and important concurrent symptoms to add or subtract symptoms;finally,according to the current signs and symptoms of patients,syndrome differentiation,personalized pathogenesis of syndrome.The six factors of pathogenesis are etiology,pathogenesis,location,degree,emphasis and condition.The etiology includes seven internal injuries,six exogenous sensations,or trauma from exhaustion due to sexual indulgence?golden edge?insects and animals;the disease nature includes cold?heat?deficiency?excess?cold and heat miscellaneous?and the mixture of deficiency and excess;the location of the disease can be divided into viscera and meridians,six meridians,skin and bones of anatomical significance,as well as the classification of Sanjiao,Weiqi and Yingxue;the degree of the disease refers to the difference between mild,moderate and severe conditions;emphasis refers to the excessive cold and heat deficiency and excess in the pathogenesis;the disease situation is the rising and falling trend of disease and the trend of development and prognosis.Finally,disease nursing is also an important factor for drug efficacy and improvement.The discussion of formulation ideas covers three parts: the formulation outline,the selection of drugs and the optimization of the medication process.Outline of Formulation: Firstly,according to the common pathogenesis summarized,the basic treatment method and the basic prescription should be established and formulated,which runs through the development of the disease;secondly,the main symptoms and important concurrent symptoms should be treated,that is the idea of "special medicine for specific diseases";finally,according to the current individualized syndrome and pathogenesis,it should be treated by stages and compatible.Cold is hot,heat is cold,deficiency is tonifying,excess is purging,cold and heat are mixed with cold and hot,deficiency and excess are combined with tonifying and purging.Precise drug selection: the function,meridian orientation and dosage of drugs are the three key points for the effectiveness of drugs.Optimizing medication process: decocting method,dosage and time of medication are all important factors affecting drug absorption;diet,place of residence and emotional regulation are the key to help patients recover and prevent relapse.Research conclusions: The first chapter of "differentiation" paves the way for the second chapter of "treatment".It echoes back and forth,combines the first and the last,combines disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and combines common pathogenesis with personality pathogenesis.The idea of combining disease and syndrome establishes the outline of prescription,and the six factors of pathogenesis establishes the criteria of drug selection.The thought of disease nursing has also expanded and optimized the medication process,grasping every step of "differentiation","treatment" and "nursing".Theory,treatment,prescription,medicine and nursing are linked together,and clinical prescriptions can be used in a multi-pronged way to receive the corresponding strength of the drum.
