Study On Mechanism Of Amenorrhea With Zhongjing Classic Prescription

Objective:To explore the treatment of amenorrhea by classical prescriptions,give theoretical and prescription medication guidance for clinical treatment of amenorrhea,and discuss the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating amenorrhea.Methods:Sorting out every symptom and provision based on How Net and Treatise on Febrile Diseases in Song Dynasty;Or sort out the articles explaining the etiology and pathogenesis of amenorrhea and the corresponding Zhongjing prescription for treating amenorrhea;Or combine the doctor’s comments on the provisions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the experience and medical records of treating amenorrhea with classical prescriptions.From the perspective of five internal organs and pathological products as a whole,this paper discusses the treatment of amenorrhea by classical prescriptions by means of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results:The five internal organs have great influence on menstruation,especially the spleen and stomach play an important role in women’s menstruation formation and normal menstruation.In the treatment of amenorrhea,we should treat it in the same way,from the outside to the inside,from top to bottom.Conclusion:The five zang-organs and pathological products have a close influence on amenorrhea through syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating amenorrhea can be seen by comparing western medicine in treating amenorrhea and Zhongjing classical prescription in treating amenorrhea.Traditional Chinese medicine treats human body by balancing qi and blood,yin and yang,cold and heat,deficiency and excess,and adds and subtracts with syndrome,so that it can grasp the changes of pathogenesis at any time.
