Objective:The purpose of this study was to initially develop a health education acceptance evaluation indicator system for patients with peripherally inserted central catheters with the current situation in China by combining multiple methods,to provide reference basis and effective guidance for clinical nursing staff to implement a systematic and standardized health education and comprehensively evaluate the acceptance and quality of health education.Methods:1.Through literature research, questionnaire survey, and the combination of Health Promotion Model,Process Evaluation Model,Continuous Quality Improvement Model, and SHARE framework as the theoretical basis,an evaluation index system of health education acceptance the degree of patients with peripherally inserted central catheters was preliminarily developed.2.The selected 28 experts were consulted by Delphi experts by letter for the items and connotations of the evaluation indexes.Excel2016 and SPSS22.0 software were used to sort out, count and analyze the expert opinions and results, and the items of the evaluation index structure for health education of patients with peripherally inserted central catheters were determined. The Analytic Hierarchy Process used MATLAB2014 a to determine the weight coefficient of each index.3.According to the constructed evaluation index system of catheterization patients' health education acceptance degree,a questionnaire was compiled to evaluate and investigate catheterization patients in 7 secondary and above hospitals in Shanxi Province.Cronbach's alpha coefficient,half-reliability coefficient and correlation analysis method were used to verify the reliability and validity of the index system, and finally the index system was determined. At the same time, descriptive statistics and multiple stepwise regression were used to analyze the questionnaire score, and the influencing factors of relevant demographic variables were screened.Results:1.The expert selection is representative, the forecast result has the high reliability and the authorityAfter two rounds of Delphi expert letter consultation, the effective recovery rates of the questionnaire are respectively 100% and 92.86%,indicating that the experts have strong specialty and high enthusiasm for this subject. The coefficient of expert authority is0.909;The results of the second round of expert letter consultation showed that the coordination coefficients of the first and second level indicators were respectively 0.288 and 0.304(P<0.001),and the experts had a consistent evaluation result on the indicators.2.Construction of evaluation index system for health education of patients with peripherally inserted central cathetersAccording to the screening criteria of importance of each indicator, the mean value?4.0,and the coefficient of variation?0.25,and combining the opinions of the expert research group,The final preliminary build includes: Education before catheterization, coordination during catheterization, maintenance after catheterization, management after discharge with catheterization, matters needing attention during catheterization, effect evaluation of catheterization health education by patients 6 first-level indicators,53second-level indicators and their weights constitute the evaluation index system of health education acceptance of patients with peripherally inserted central catheters.Among them, the weight of the first-level indicators, the order from high to low are: Education before catheterization(0.2097),maintenance after catheterization(0.2097),management after discharge with catheterization(0.2097),effect evaluation of catheterization health education by patients(0.2097),coordination during catheterization(0.1122),matters needing attention during catheterization(0.0490).3.Empirical study on the evaluation index system of health education acceptance of patients with peripherally inserted central cathetersThe analysis results of SPSS22.0 software showed that the overall internal consistency of the evaluation index Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.938,the total coefficient of retest reliability two weeks later was 0.969,and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each first-level index was between 0.742 and 0.928.The content validity index(S-CVI)based on the level of the index system is 0.939,and the correlation coefficient between the first-level index and the index system is between 0.316 and 0.834,P value is less than 0.05,which indicates that the evaluation index system of health education acceptance of patients with peripherally inserted central catheters constructed in this study has good reliability and validity. The average score of education knowledge acceptance of patients with catheterized patients was scored(84.34±14.87),the acceptance level was above the average, and the score of each dimension item was unbalanced, among which the acceptance of health education after discharge with catheter was the best, and the acceptance of health education during extubation was the worst.Among the demographic variables, education level, occupation, indwelling time, indwelling times and maintenance outlets were the main influencing factors of catheterization patients' health education acceptance. Conclusion:In this study, the scope of health education acceptance was defined, and the evaluation index system for catheterization patients' health education acceptance had good scientificity, reliability and practicability. The empirical analysis verified that the evaluation index system has a good reliability and validity, which can encourage patients to participate in the development and implementation of the nursing plan, and provide an effective tool for clinical nurses to implement and evaluate the acceptance status quo of health education of patients with peripherally inserted central catheters.
