| Objective:To investigate the current status of anxiety, depression, personality traits and resilience in stroke patients. To clarify the effects of general data on anxiety and depression, personality traits and resilience in stroke patients, and to explore the correlation between anxiety, depression and personality traits and resilience in stroke patients. To understand the mediating effect of resilience between personality traits and anxiety and depression. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for relieving the negative emotions of stroke patients and improving their mental health level. Methods:We selected 314 stroke patients who were treated in the rehabilitation department of two top hospitals in Changchun from November 2018 to July 2019.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),the Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale for Chinese(EPQ-RSC)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to investigate the anxiety, depression, personality traits and resilience of stroke patients.Epidata3.1 was used to input the data,IBM SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the data.Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the general data, anxiety, depression, personality traits and resilience scores of stroke patients.t-test,analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to compare the differences of anxiety, depression, personality traits and resilience in general data of stroke patients.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation among anxiety, depression, personality traits andresilience in stroke patients, and multiple linear regression was used to explore the mediating effect of resilience between personality traits and anxiety and depression.Results:1.The average score of self-rating anxiety scale in patients with stroke was(45.46 ±10.96),and the incidence of anxiety was 43.31%.Univariate analysis showed that gender, age, place of residence, working status, education level, monthly family income per capita, stroke location and Barthel index had significant effects on the anxiety scores of stroke patients.2.The average score of self-rating depression scale in patients with stroke was(47.32±11.53),and the incidence of depression was 32.48%.Univariate analysis showed that gender, age, place of residence, work status, education level, marital status, payment method, monthly family income per capita and Barthel index had significant effects on the depression score of stroke patients.3.In the personality traits of stroke patients, the scores of psychoticism,introversion-extraversion,neuroticism and lie were(2.76±1.58),(6.77±3.01),(5.62±2.82)and(7.21±1.83)respectively.Univariate analysis showed that smoking had significant effect on the psychoticism score of stroke patients(P<0.05).The influence of gender, place of residence, monthly family income per capita and Barthel index on the neuroticism score of stroke patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the lie scores of stroke patients between different genders(P<0.05).4.The average score of resilience in patients with stroke was(61.11±10.86).The scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism were(29.22±6.67),(21.98±3.73)and(9.91±2.42)respectively.Univariate analysis showed that gender, place of residence, working status, education level, monthly family income per capita and Barthel index had significant effects on the resilience score of stroke patients(P<0.05).5.Anxiety and depression in stroke patients were negatively correlated with the scores of introversion-extraversion(P<0.05,P<0.01),and positively correlated with the scores of neuroticism(P<0.01).Anxiety and depression were negatively correlatedwith the score of resilience(P<0.01).The total score of resilience was positively correlated with the score of introversion-extraversion(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the score of neuroticism(P<0.01).6.Resilience plays an intermediary role between neuroticism and anxiety and depression. The mediating effect value of resilience between neuroticism and anxiety is 31%,and that between neuroticism and depression is 16.28%.Conclusion:1.Patients with stroke had higher levels of anxiety and depression, and there were differences in the scores of anxiety and depression in patients with stroke in terms of different gender, age, place of residence, working status, education level, monthly family income per capita and Barthel index.2.The personality traits of stroke patients are introversion, high neuroticism and high concealment.Smoking affects the psychoticism score of stroke patients.Gender, place of residence, monthly family income per capita and Barthel index are the influencing factors of neuroticism score of stroke patients.Gender is the main influencing factor of lie score of stroke patients.3.The level of resilience in patients with stroke is poor.Gender, place of residence, working status, education level, monthly family income per capita and Barthel index are the influencing factors of resilience of stroke patients.4.Anxiety and depression are closely related to personality traits and resilience.5.Neuroticism has direct and indirect effects on anxiety and depression in patients with stroke, and resilience plays a partial intermediary role between neuroticism and anxiety and depression. |
