Objective:By retrospectively studying the clinical data of patients undergoing single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the factors influencing the complications of single-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy are discussed and summarized to further improve the safety of single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy..Methods:The clinical data of 977 patients with single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2019 were collected to analyze the complications and related influencing factors.Statistical analysis was performed on 19factors related to single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications using?2test and multivariate logistic analysis. Results:Complications occurred in 21 patients and the probability of single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications was 2.15%.?~2 test results showed that single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications were associated with Calot triangle adhesion, anatomical variation of the gallbladder area, acute phase, abdominal surgery history and gallbladder wall thickness of more than 5 mm(both P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed:Calot triangular adhesion(P<0.05OR=6.537),anatomical variation of gallbladder area(P<0.05 OR=5.253),history of abdominal surgery(P<0.05 OR=4.762),thickness of gallbladder wall(P<0.05 OR=4.318)is a risk factor for single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications.Conclusion:1.Calot triangle adhesion, anatomical variation of the gallbladder area, history of abdominal surgery, and thickness of the gallbladder wall are risk factors for complications of single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy.2.Fully evaluate the possible risk factors during the perioperative period, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the safety of single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
