Objective: To analyze the clinical results of single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy and routine laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: From Jan 2014 to Jan 2015,91 qualified patients with gallbladder stone or gallbladder polyps were selected and randomly assigned to SILC(n = 49)and LC(n = 42)groups.General data,operative successful rate,operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,complications,delayed discharge rate,readmission rate,hospitalization expenses,pain score and cosmetology satisfaction were compared between SILC and LC groups.Result: No significant difference was detected between two groups in general data,operative successful rate,blood loss,hospital stay,complications,delayed discharge rate,readmission rate and pain score.(P>0.05)SILC has better cosmetic results and less hospitalization expenses.Conclusion: SILC is safe and feasible for selected patients.The advantages of SILC are better cosmetic satisfaction and less hospitalization expenses.
