Objective:By studying the clinical data with trans-umbilical singleport laparoscopic chole cystectomy in 684 patients. To sum up experience in treatment of benign gallbladde diseases, analyse clinical materials with complications in 19 patients, and exploring its correlated factors. After to reduce the complication rate, strength the popularization and application. Methods:Analyzing and dealing with the data comes from general surgical department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from November 2011 to October 2017,a total of 684 patients from the same medical team succeeded in the operation of TUSSLC were obtained.Compared and analysis the surgical complications were recorded, then observe some factors such as age, sex,BMI,symptoms, duration of disease, patients complicated with underlying diseases and in operative process and postoperative complications. Results:In 684 patients with TUSSLC,19 cases developed complications(2.78%),bile duct injury in 4 case, incision infection in 9case,gastrointestinal injury in 2 case, the obstruction after surgery for TUSSLC in 2 case, umbilical incision hernia in 3case.Analysis of simple correlation indicated a high incidence correlated with the factors of patients with acute cholecystitis, the thickness of gallbladder wall ?5mm,patients with calot triangle adhesion, the anatomical structure of biliary tract, etc. However, the gender, age,BMI and underlying diseases have no statistical significancefor the influence on the LC.The results of univariate logistic regression analysis showed acute cholecystitis the thickness of gallbladder wall ?5mm,calot triangle adhesion were the risk factors related with TUSSLC.Conclusion:1?For patients with benign gallbladder diseases, clinical practice proves that it is a safe and replicability technique.2?The complications following TUSSLC included bile duct injury, incision infection, gastrointestinal injury, the obstruction after surgery, umbilical incision hernia and so on.3?To choice the patients,to improve the technique of operation, and abdominal operation in time can decrease the complications of LC.
