Objective:Study and analysis of the efficacy and safety of ropivacaine for local anesthesia and analgesia in Single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:Take gallbladder stone, gallbladder polyp patients as an observation sample, who treated in the second general surgery of Sheng Jing Hospital, from April 2017 to January 2018,randomly divided into experimental group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases). All samples underwent a comprehensive medical history collection, detailed physical examination, perfect related auxiliary examination, clear diagnosis, exclusion of operation Contraindication and other systemicdiseases, andall underwent Single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The patients in the experimental group were injected with local injection of ropivacaine(0.25%)hydrochloride solution(5ml)from the deep to the shallow layer, and the control group underwent a local injection of 5ml0.9%chloride solution in the umbilical incision. After the operation, the two groups of patients were recorded after Operation 1h,3h,6h,12 h,24h patients ' quiet pain visual simulation score(visual analogue Scale-vas),postoperative analgesic use and nausea and vomiting and other adverse reaction, the earliest bed time, postoperative evacuation time, postoperative hospitalization time, and postoperative complications such as incision infection and other indicators ? A comprehensive analysis is made to compare the differences between the two. Results:The patients of the experimental group 1,3,6,12 h VAS score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the experimental group after additional analgesics usage was significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05)?.Conclusion:The local anesthesia of ropivacaine is safe and effective after Single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
