Clinical Comparison Of Three Methods Of Skin Incision After TUSSLC

Objective:To study the clinical value of three skin closure methods after the operation of transumbilical single-site laparoscopic cholecystectomy(TUSSLC),which includes without suture,using Jiaxiu intradermal suture and using antibacterial Vicryl intradermal suture.Methods:Retrospectively analysis the clinical data and the follow-up results of 500 cases were successfully performed TUSSLC surgery in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2016 and according to the skin closure in different ways,the clinical data and follow-up results were divided into three groups,namely the non-suture group,the Jiaxiu suture group,the antibacterial Vicryl suture group.And we compare the three groups of the early discharge rate,the incidence of incision infection rate,the medical costs and the patients satisfaction with healing incision.Results:In the discharge rate and the patients satisfaction with wound healing of the two clinical indicators,the non-suture group had significant difference with the other two groups(P < 0.0125),there was no significant difference between the groups of the antibacterial vicryl suture group and the Jiaxiu suture group(P > 0.0125);There was no significant difference in the incidence of incision infection between the three groups(P > 0.0125);Due to the complex influencing factors of hospitalization expenses and the medical cost's positive skewness distribution,we only use the median and the quartile range to do the general statistical description,and to observe central tendency and discrete tendency of hospitalization expenses.Conclusion:The skin of incision after TUSSLC sutured with absorbable suture for intradermal suture can significantly improve the early discharge rate and the patients satisfaction,without taking out stitches postoperatively,and it has practical clinical value,worthy of application and promotion.In terms of the selection of suture type,the antibacterial Vicryl line is more better.
