Study On The Content System Of College Students' Health Education Action

ObjectiveIn order to implement the requirements of the College Health Education Guidance Outline for college health education and improve the health literacy level of college students,this research analyzes the research hotspots of college student health education in China,and combines Delphi and AHP to construct Content System of College Students' Health Education Action.The content system lays the foundation for the construction of college students' health education curriculum system and provides a reference for college health education.ObjectResearch Papers on Health Education for College Students and Health education content for college students.MethodsWe select the CNKI and Wan fang as the data source,and standardize data with Python and Excel.Keyword co-occurrence analysis was performed on the keywords of college students' health education research papers,and VOSviewer provides network visualization and the density visualization to Visualize and explore maps.We select items of content system by literature research method and bibliometric method,and filter items by Delphi method.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to calculate the weight of each part of the content system.Date was analyzed with online SPSS software SPSSAU and Excel.Results: 1.The number of research papers on health education among college students in China showed an overall increasing trend from 1987 to 2008,and a downward trend after 2009.From 1987 to 1997,there were few keywords with substantive health education content other than the keywords of college students,health education,and colleges and universities,including mental health education,psychological quality,psychological barriers,health education,AIDS,etc.From 1998 to 2008,the number of keywords related to health education among college students expanded rapidly,starting with keywords such as physical education,mental health,sexual and reproductive health,student health services,and diet and nutrition.From 2009 to 2019,tea culture and positive psychology are emerging areas of mental health education research.College sports and other studies have been too few to be grouped together.Keywords such as health literacy,hypertension,contraception,and male homosexuality have gradually become prominent.The themes of health education research for college students are divided into 7 categories.Theme 1 is mental health education for college students.Theme 2 is research on knowledge,belief and behavior of AIDS and other infectious diseases.Theme 3 is research and teaching reform of physical education in colleges and universities.,Theme 5 is campus health promotion research,Theme 6 is sexual and reproductive health education for college students,and Theme 7 is common harmful health behaviors of adolescents.2.After two rounds of consultation,he recovery rates of the expert inquiry forms were 64.1% and 100%,and more than 70 expert opinions were collected;the coordination rate of expert opinion had increased from 0.329 to 0.335;the comprehensive score of expert anthority was 0.89,(expert academic level 0.936,expert judgment basis level 0.936,expert familiarity level 0.808)which indicates that the consultation results are authoritative and the content system is credible and desirable.The content system of health education actions for college students includes 4 first-level items,health level improvement actions,mental health promotion actions,life and security education actions,and scientific knowledge popularization actions and other 11 second-level entries and 40 third-level entries.3.The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight values of the entries at all levels,and a judgment matrix was constructed based on the mean of the importance assignment.After solving the feature vector,calculating the importance ranking and consistency check,the weight values of the first-level entries were calculated.The weight value of health promotion actions,mental health promotion actions,life and security education actions and scientific knowledge popularization actions were 26.68%,25.60%,24.30%,and 23.43%.Finally,the combined weight values of entries at all levels were calculated by using the principle of probability multiplication.4.Cronbach's ? was used to evaluate internal consistency of content system in expert consultation results.The rate of entire internal consistency of the content system was 0.946.The Cronbach ? of first-level entries was 0.581,which is related to that the full marks rate of the "Health Improvement Action" is much higher than that of other first-level entries.In addition,the Cronbach ? of other each part was between 0.613 to 0.845.The correlation coefficients between the analysis items are all higher than 0.3,which indicates that there is a strong correlation between each internal entries,the lower-level entries and the higher-level entries of the actions content system of health education for college students and that the Delphi consultation results are reliable.Conclution 1.The development of health education research for college students in my country has generally been on the rise for more than 30 years,and the research hotspots have changed.The research topics can be divided into seven categories.2.The content system of college students' health education actions is sufficiently reasonable and credible.Suggestion 1.Improve school health education policies and laws,and establish a health education management system.2.Colleges and universities need to establish a combination of college and university health education workforce 3.Strengthening health education for the prevention of chronic diseases must start with fostering a healthy lifestyle.4.Strengthen health education on public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases.5.Advocate the integration of TCM health care projects into college health education,and focus on improving college students' TCM health care literacy.InnovationBased on the literature metrology method to analyze the hotspots of college students 'health education research,Delphi method was used to construct the content system of Chinese college students' health education action with strong correlation among items in the content system,high reliability of internal consistency,and proper calculation of weights.After literature search,the same results have not been found.
